    Pending Update: Build 1.7.2.4

You can clearly see that he listens to the community by the amount of time he spends on the forums and the many replies he writes. Right now I think he just has some other priorities then helicopters. I mean helicopters arent really the biggest factor of motivation for the vast amount of players (my personal guess, but Im pretty sure Im right with this)

I dont see the harm in having several server setups so that everyone can choose their favourite playstyle. IMHO the only thing problematic is the name-tagging as it lets you "scan" buildings for enemies before you go in and is basically a light version of a wall-hack. As for 3rd-person: in the interview with sidestrafe rocket mentions that people like the 3rd-person because it gives them a better awareness of their surroundings. The field of view in 1st-person is quite limited (without zooming out via double-minus that is) and you cant see anything through the grass when youre lying on the ground. IRL you could just higher your head a little wich isnt an option provided by the Arma-Engine. BTW what a lot of people dont seem to realize is that you can click on rockets name (you have to be logged in) and see all his posts. That way you have a fast way to check out what is going on with the mod and a lot of questions are answered. Sticking to a routine of checking rockets comments first and then post could help to prevent double-posts, i.e. people posting the same questions all over again. @rocket I have one little question (it really isnt that important): why arent there drivable humvees avaiable when there are literally thousands of destroyed ones all over the country? It seems like when the apocalypse broke out there was a group of humvee-haters which destroyed every single humvee there was :D
