Bad version server rejected connection?

help ? I cannot even press escape to quit the game i have to kill the process and this happens every time i retry. :( -
I think my game is broken and i see others with the same problem are getting admins to fix it server side. Basically i spawn unconsious after i was killed by zombies i respawn over and over to a seemingly endless timer :) thanks in advance.
