I'm aware of where we were, I've been playing the game for a while now, trust me, I'm not stupid, it was a mistake going up there, but I didn't expect any of the 3 others to be there, it was a stupid mistake, but hey, at least it turned out alright after a handful of tense moments and a sprinkle of luck.

It had 5 players on the server man haha, no need to get all hostile on me, yea it was stupid being up there, but the chance that all 3 were there was insanely low, i forgot to mention that in the post I suppose, but what would you have done? I think I acted accordingly, and it's not like I placed my 2nd account there purposefully, I hopped on that account and was like in skype literally "Holy shit I'm in elektro!" It was very lucky, and that sheer luck and bad-luck was the point of this post.

So, I had a character that was *kinda far in Dayz, I had an M4A3 CCO and a nice backpack and stuff and was near Electro, and I decided, F it, I'm gonna go into Elektro on a higher population server and try to be nice and be a *medic* to everyone. I spawn in, run into the grocery store, and find a guy with an axe. I go, "hey man friendly! What's up man!" And he puts on his mic and we have friendly conversation, and we decide we are gonna go to the school and loot it/scope it out. While we are going through the school and onto the roof, (Mind you, nameplates are turned on, and I have the tag "Kam-*MEDIC* and I have no bandit skin yet, havent killed any innocents) then he says "I usually don't go up here, because bandits watch it" and I look to my left and there is a Bandit with a name I don't recall, looking at us not even 100 m away with a Lee Einfield. Knowing my time was limited, I say to the guy, "Dude! (I didn't even remember his name) Bandit! Get down! He presses Z, and I'm a little late on my descent and take a Lee Einfield shot to the leg, I go down to 3000 blood and bleeding and pass out for only about 5 seconds. Since we are on top of the School, there was no cover from this Einfield-Bandit only 100m away. So - And I kid you not - I crawl in front of my new friend (who was wielding just an axe) and say, "Alright man take my gun when I die, my body will soak the Einfield shots and then spray him down!" I crawled inbetween him and the bandit, passed out a second time, then took a Lee Einfield shot the the back and lay motionless. In the loading screen I heard 2 more Einfield shots, and a good 15 rounds of my M4A3 just a few seconds later. I wish I knew how it turned out :o I'm not even mad I died haha.

Hello. I'm a bandit. I usually just try to live off the land and I take out people who I can't risk being alive, usually because they are around something I am looting or fixing up. But I logged onto my friends server, (In a sniping position I'm going to get a lot of shit for, but I frankly don't care) and this happened. Is this justified? I know he might not have been the hacker, but what if he was? That's why I logged out so quick, I didn't want to die, on my 5th day and counting! Your opinions on this please. My friend recently picked up Dayz, and as many of you know, there is an extremely large learning curve in this game. (At least for me there was!) And I never really fully realized how much of a noob I was at the beginning until now, after I heard some things my friend had to say about Dayz. Here are some exact quotes via Txt message that I will share with you! Friend: Hey! I just bought Dayz! Get on and show me the ropes! Me: Yea no problamo! And you bought Dayz? It's free haha. Friend: Well, I bought that Arma game, but it's pretty much just buying Dayz haha. Me: The Forums wouldn't like you. ____ Friend: So how do I get in my bag? Friend: Wait so explain the bag thing again. Friend: I still don't get this whole inventory thing. ____ Friend: This zombie chased me down for like 20 minutes, how do I lose zombies? Me: Kill or lose em, they chase you till you drop! Friend: How do I lose them? They just keep chasing. Me: Run through buildings or vault fences. Friend: I run through building and they just fuck me in the ass! Me: You're doing it wrong! _____ Friend: I found an axe. Me: Nice! Friend: But I just died. Me: How? Of course, playing/sniping in third person gives you a very significant advantage over other players who are in 1st person, and it can even make sniping "unfair" at certain points and camping spots. But guys... It's in the goddamn game. There are servers with it ENABLED and DISABLED for a R-E-A-S-O-N. If you choose to use 1st person mode on a 3rd person enabled server, don't bitch if some guy spots and snipes you out using third person, people CAN and WILL use any means to survive, even if it means using third person. I play in third person because when I'm in first person my game drops frame rates, and also, I just enjoy it more! It's not an exploit, it's in the game. Again, emphasizing this, if you hate it, join a veteran 1st person only server, and stop complaining about it on the forums, let the asshole 3rd person snipers do their thing on 3rd person servers, you can go on any other of the servers with first person mode only. If you ever enter a third person mode enabled server, you should be fully aware of what people can do and WILL do to survive. Third person again, is not an exploit. It was made for the very purpose people hate it for, to give you a wider field of view on your screen and to help you see things easier. If you don't like it, don't use it, and stop complaining when you die by the hands of it, end of story. I usually don't use it, but I post one video on the forums where I do it and everyone gets so butthurt. You can choose to avoid 3rd person mode completely, so by all means, be my guest, and play in first person on your own hardcore server. Thank you for reading :]

It's advantage is the number of people it holds, if it was fast, manuverable, and held a ton of people, it would be overpowered. It's like how the helicopter holds like 20 slots :( so dumb Sucks, but such is life!

Ah I see, yes that would be me haha, haven't gone to Cherno since I spawned, been killing people at Stary and the Airport, gears you up faster! I'm currently at the Airfield and would be willing to join a group that travels for sure.

Hmm, sounds like you did the right thing as a Bandit. But I have an MK Mod, and I would cry if I lost it :( But good kill, I probably would have done the same, except when people say friendly, I try not to say friendly back, because if I say friendly then shoot them, I feel bad, so if they say friendly, I will usually be like, "Hey man I'm over here!" or, "Do you have any food?" or "Hey could you give me a blood transfusion?" Then kill them ahha. #BanditLife

This seems cool and dandy, but what do you mean PvP squad? Like raiding with vehicles? Or raiding certain towns and trying to hunt down survivors? Because I'm all about that, I'm a Bandit, but I feel like a friendly Bandit is good to have on a team. You need someone who won't hesitate when the tense situations come, those who hesitate, die. I've survived a good 6 days of solid gameplay now, and have probably survived a lot of stuff I shouldn't have, because I always act first and play stealth, I feel like I could be an asset to your team as a Bandit. -PM me if your interested in playing, school starts soon, but I will still play when I can-
