Sorry that I've created 2 threads in a short space of time I've just gone from finding two of the crappiest guns in the game to probably one of the best in the game - G36C SD I found it on MY characters dead body because i was lucky enough to spawn right next to Chernogorsk. Why would my killer (I assume) drop me his G36? I just dont get this game sometimes. EDIT: Looks like the G36 guy also took the Lee Enfield. (didn't know it was THAT good lol) P.S. I've learnt to log out before posting on the forums ;)

I was round my mates once playing Day Z on his account. We managed to find an M24, Coyote backpack and an AKM before then, including lots of ammo and stuff So yeah, i guess it's possible to find good stuff in em once in a while

So me and my buddy were playing DayZ on server UK13, which happened to have side chat. This is one of my favourite servers to play on, because you can talk to everyone and most people are friendly and you can just chat about random bull while playing the game. However, some guy came on and started talking over the mic on side channel (everyone can hear you), speaking in this stupid Russian accent, talking trash about other players and how he was gonna kill all of us. Of course, I didn't take him seriously and just told him to leave the server cause he was annoying everyone. 10 minutes later, me and my friend were chilling in a hangar in the NE airfield, after finding a M16 and a AKM. When all of a sudden, this trash talker comes by in a UAZ and runs us both over, killing us and then proceeding to taunt us over mic. My first question: How the hell did he find us? I did not mention anything about our location to him over side chat. Secondly: Either the UAZ is ridiculously overpowered, or that thing has the engine of a Farrari, because it was accelerating stupidly fast. It's not fair how you can kill someone so crudely by running them over repeatedly. He was also driving through the walls of the hangar. I'm not sure whether this was hacking or a glitch. But yeah, rant over, I'm just annoyed I lost all my stuff tl;dr - some trashtalker joins the server, proceeds to use OP UAZ to run both me and my friend, thus destroying the DayZ atmosphere and truly pissing me off

I think you can get the Mk.48, M249 and the M240 on DayZ

I was walking out of Cherno firestation, when I heard some zombies screaming and saw them running. I immediately hit the deck as a guy came running round the corner. He saw me and started to shoot, but I unloaded about 8 slugs from my M1014 into him. We both went down, me with a broken leg and about 3000 blood. Luckily, I managed to kill him. I managed to scavenge a M4A1 Camo SD. an M9 SD and a M14 Aim. I also got a shitload of meds. Thanks Mr Bandit! I've never felt such an adrenaline rush from a game. I do kinda feel sorry for the guy, but I suppose that's just the way of DayZ

That's what I was thinking. Well, I'm not sure if he was driving off road, because I was in the inside of a hangar, so only saw him at the last minute. God knows how he knew I was in that hangar as well. Yeah I suppose. If anything, everytime I die, i learn to play more cautiously, and I'm determined to play better

So me and my friend logged on to the same server - and we both respawned on the beach. This is really annoying because we both logged off completely safe and totally alive. Is this a game glitch or just the server? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Well seeing as the new update is fucked, time to explore some of the big cities i've never been too :D
