Leaving to avoid death is probably going to be a problem for a while, the magnitude might change but its still gonna happen. Deciding if someone did it or not is always opinion because what if someone is in a firefight and the internet goes off, or something happens with the game. It is impossible to tell, and yes mostly its not gonna be peoples internet or whatever but its still too much speculation.

Need help on where to put a camp.

Hide it where people wouldn't search for it. That sounds a bit obvious but most people hide things way up north or in places they think nobody will go to, and that gets them found. People put camps in places they think nobody will go to, but in reality that's the first place they will go. Hide it somewhere hidden but obvious, and make sure its not on a 50 man server. Just dont get too attached because eventually something will happen to it. -
People who post these and put little to zero information about themselves shouldn't expect to get many replies. If you put a little bit more in the post I might be interested in inviting you to my group. Never mind, maybe saying you are a good shot is good enough for some people.

If he didnt respond to the two friendly callouts you should have killed him. If it were me and I saw he was armed he wouldnt have got any warnings.

Killing and being a bandit are different. Just because you kill someone with a silenced gun does not make you a bandit. Being a bandit is a fucking art and a skill that most of these 12 year old "OMG I r sniped u I am bandit" punks dont understand. And then people who get all pissed about spawn killing wannabe bandits make it worse.
