Same happened to me on the NZ server not 10mins ago. Tried swapping servers to no avail. Apparently it happened to everyone on the server at that time.

Good, with such expensive and limited bandwidth, you can't really afford to be wasting it on lazy American and European players who just want to chase the daylight.
