It works for me, you might try completely re-downloading the Epoch files. Delete the cached files in \Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\_DZC_CACHE\DayZEpoch first.

Try it with these start options, an old trick of mine trying to get many different mods on Arma to work. "-mod=ca;@DayZ_Epoch" Also, does the server run a custom map different from Chernarus? Could you provide the server IP? I could try it on my own.

Well, they could restate that it wasn't made for night combat without thermal/nightvision scopes and NVGs, that workes quite well in Arma2 imo. And why can't there be war during night time? It's not like they stop mid-fight at 20:00, shake their hands and will make out an appointment for the next morning when they want to continue.

Get a Lian Li PC-60FN or any other Lian Li case, they are made of aluminium and quite heavy, therefore really stable. They have also a very simple, but classic style because of the brushed aluminium on the outside. I don't have one of them atm, but a friend of mine has exactly that one and it's really awesome!

You could also randomly spawn these blue waterbarrels near houses, which are also in Wasteland for example. When its raining these get filled with water and you can fill up your waterbottle. I don't know if it is possible to detect if it's raining or not, though.

Some months ago I could understand guys like these a little bit, dealing with zeds was very longwinded, you had to drop your weapon to get a melee weapon out or use your pistol and attract maybe even more zeds. Nowadays you have it easier, because of the carry slot - if people still zed-log with the current version they are... really bad people.

1.) Reinstall DayZ, perferrable with DayZ Commander. 2.) Ignore this error.
