J-Man (DayZ)

I have a group of real life friends who I play with. We have a team of five. We all use Skype to keep in contact whilst we are playing. We normally walk around as a group, loot together, heal each other etc. Ventrillo or Teamspeak is commonly used but we're not in the position to be able to host a server. Skype is good enough to use though, although sometimes the connection is iffy. Maybe you could show some of your friends about DayZ and ask them if they'd like to buy the game? It is much more fun playing with friends, I played for about 3 days by myself and already grew very bored of the game. But I've now been playing for about 2 weeks with friends and don't plan to stop.

Your lucky to have found a sniper. I've been playing for over a week and still haven't found any snipers. The best weapon I have is an M40A3 w/ holographic. I had newly spawned and went into Elektro to start some looting. I went into the pub to scout out the office block and a player walked past me. I panicked and hit, killed him with one hit. His friend then came downstairs and starting shooting at me (very terribly must I add) so I also killed him. Killing them was definitely not what I wanted to do. I was hoping to be friendly with them. Playing with my Turtle Beach's turned up for maximum effect and atmosphere probably isn't the best thing to do sometimes. It's great to hear that you're enjoying yourself!

With the respawn button disabled during play does this mean that if we get a bad spawn. There is no way of us being able to respawn so that we can get a nearer spawn to a city or area to our liking?
