Hey guys, got a litlle problem yesterday. I was fighting at the north-west airfield alone against some zombies. my heat was 42° and i can sure can tell that there were no other players. They would have killed me :D But now my char starts coughing and i am ages away from any hospital. Can i really get an infection by chance ? hate it...dont wanna die ....
