Question Regarding Server Restarts & Vehicles?

Scenario: 1. Spawned 2. Found a vehicle next to another 3. Fixed one and saved both vehicles 4. Drove off 5. Died 6. Respawned 7. Server Restarted 8. Went straight back within minutes 9. Both behicles gone? Is this because the server restarted or could this be a hacker collecting vehicles with a script? Im on the latest server version and dont really understand how vehicles spawn and when and where? -
How do you setup Teamspeak to a villayer server. Ive enabled it on the Vilallyer server but kinda stuck now what to do?

Id like to know this also as i feel all my vehicles on my server are gone as one minute they are there next they arent?

Apologies in advance if this has been asked before... I love the game that much i though im gonna get my own server, one problem.......... i havent a clue what im doing lol I bought it from Vilayer but their website is so noob unfriendly. Ive literally bought it but havent a clue what to do next i.e. setting it up, connecting to it externally, etc Ive read some guides but hopefully theres someone out there who can explain in simple terms what i need to do next? Thanks guys

mines done exactly the same and its straight after i have found a decent sniper rifle for the first time! no happy! -
Well i spawned and noticed a lot of fire, a lot of smoke and a lot of explosions! Upon investigating this is what i found......... Count the number of helicopters! @eviledenx
