My first period of playing DayZ, it was really dark every time I played as all the servers near me were synced to local time and I was playing in the evening. There was nothing like it, risking throwing a flare and revealing your position to get around and loot, then jumping and hiding in bushes, watching other peoples flares light up the distance. But now the servers seem to be mostly empty at night or set to bright nights which is a shame.

No private hives to begin with I believe, servers will be publicly hosted afaik so private hives will most likely only be a matter of time. Population limit of servers, who knows, stress testing will give an idea of this. Ghosting... Not heard anything on this, hope they sort something out or it will be a problem. Cake is definitely implemented. -

I keep trying to kill people with the karate scissor kick but it doesn't work, there is a strange bug where you can use it to vault over fences though so it's not all bad.

Can you actually remove stuff from an alive persons inventory (not their bag) while they are alive? There is another reason for bandits to kill. Maybe have a rifle option, that the rifled person needs to agree to. -
Heh, I think the Herpy Dooves canned muffins was the red flag to the bull to be honest. A lot of the names were fine, the designs were all pretty cool. Adding in Brony items will wind up a lot of people however. Just my opinion of course.

When everyone was moaning about hackers a while ago I never saw any, had a couple of incidents when I came back to the mod a week or two ago, so I play on the AWA whitelisted servers now and get no problems* * Other servers are available.

I like to roleplay that not only have the undead risen, every one left alive has also turned into complete psychopaths. It's like the double whammy of apocalypses.
