    Hosting bubble pop?

I read your message. I'm sorry that you feel that I'm a shitty host, seeing as you've never used my service before. Yes, I do indeed remember that. I also know that I currently have four servers per node and every single one of my clients has had a great experience here. The fact that I was trying to work out a way to make a decent profit off my budget nodes in the past does not mean that is the current situation ;)

    Hosting bubble pop?

Obviously the E3-1230 V2 is a quad core. Realistically though, that E5-2620 is going to only be able to handle 4-5 servers with a reasonable level of performance if those servers are full when you take into account the lower clock speed. There is a huge gap between 2Ghz and 3.3Ghz when it comes to per-thread performance, even with the architectural differences. I don't care much for your metrics. Let me know how it performs when all of those servers have 40 players at the same time on every server on the node. Anyway, I'm not here to get into an argument. Also - if you don't have IP Pooling setup then I pity your clients as when you finally start having issues with performance and decide to "easily move them to another server in the pool in a couple seconds" as that means a IP change and a InstanceID change. - not very cool at all.

What are you going to do if those servers start getting popular? Tell your clients tough luck? That E5-2620 is not more powerful then a E3-1230 V2, meaning even with dual CPU's you will only be able to host at most ten forty slot servers. Putting sixteen DayZ servers on it is insane. The only way that would be able to work out is if you had a dedicated IP per dayz server with IP pooling, but even then it's not ethical as you are essentially selling a service that your clients will only be able to use provided the other servers are empty. Originally, when I started offering DayZ my budget line was setup with one thread per server - it was not enough. Six servers on the E3-1230 V2 had problems. Five is OK if you only host 40 slot servers and allow Windows to manage the threading but even then it can get iffy. So I ultimately ended up with four servers a node which works out perfectly. I'm not trying to tell you how to run your business or anything like that, but sixteen on that CPU - even in a dual CPU setting - is a disaster waiting to happen.
  5. 96895 is now on the mod installer.

    Mission Resets.

I'm not trying to get into a argument here or claim that you are lying or anything of the sort. I'm simply saying that despite the fact your system has a "request cancellation" option you never process the cancellations. When I originally posted that, I had only read the first page of this thread so I missed the "replacement" posts.

    Mission Resets.

I never said that I opened a ticket requesting a replacement, just that I cancelled some ID's quite a while ago and they were still active in your system.

    Mission Resets.

Actually, we can't do this either. I've cancelled several ID's and they are still active and have not been removed from the system after almost two months. I'm not going to bother applying for more then four ID's a node since they just get cancelled.
  9. I'll update the scripts and upload the patch in a bit. :)
  10. My bad, it wasn't shown to clients for some reason - this has been fixed.
  11. Latest DayZ version is now available on the mod installer. If you run into any issues, please open a support ticket and let me know.
  12. The BattlEye scripts (createvehicle/remoteexec/scripts) has been updated. I strongly recommend existing clients update via the updates tab - "BattlEye Scripts". Make sure your server is stopped prior to running this unless you know how to apply the new scripts over RCON. The latest beta patch has also been added to the mod installer.
  13. It's based on the timezone you select. Open up a ticket if you need further clarification and I'll be happy to help you out.
  14. Added the ability to customize the command line, including the memory allocator.
  15. DayZ Anti-Hax is now available in the mod installer! :)
  16. Stop the server, uninstall and then reinstall. If it still gives you trouble, please open a ticket.
  17. Is there anything that you guys want to see added/changed?

    own dedicated server

It's hosted from home. They do not allow home hosted servers anymore.

    own dedicated server

    Is it hosted from home?

    Questions about altitude hosting.

This is something that you should be asking your host as you are paying them for support. However, for RCON you need to add a password into your rcon configuration file within your configuration/BattlEye folder (not sure how HA has them setup - default is cfgdayz). Then login with a rcon client. You can't edit the respawn time on vehicles. You can't edit the respawn time on items.

    Got to love defcon

Well, that sucks. If you're looking for a new provider please look into Elpis Host. :) And if you're not looking for a new provider hopefully you will be able to work out a solution with your current provider.
  22. Local time is going to be the same as your timezone setting. :) Thanks for your kind words, much appreciated!
  23. BEC support has been added to the mod installer. This should be considered experimental, but it does work. If you have any questions, please open up a ticket!
