    Within the hour during our SLA support hours. Otherwise, it can take between 5-10 hours. Currently the only method for support is the ticket system, but since our reply time is usually within ten minutes (during our SLA hours) that should be more then adequate.

    Yes it's common knowledge that BattlEye is easily bypassed. Nothing you can do about it, sadly. Not really sure what the point of this thread was though.

    Yes if you change the time while it's running you do need to restart the dayz server.

    It sounds like you may want to go with a shared host here on the forum that has the option to change time or open up a ticket with dayz at support.dayzmod.com :)

    Yes, the boxes time. The server bases it's in-game time off what that is set to.

    You need to do it yourself, but you can do it through the configuration editor with a couple clicks ;) I actually don't have a ETA right now, but hopefully it will be here by tomorrow.DayZ has to approve all of these ID's and it's quite frustrating for me since I have ten nodes right now just sitting there gathering dust until they approve them.

    Good to hear! I hope you come to enjoy your time here :) We're still waiting on InstanceID's - they'll hopefully be here by tomorrow or Tuesday. Thanks! We do actually take Sunday off after 4PM, but I'm on anyway going through tickets right now :) I opened up a ticket with DayZ regarding this and they told me that it can take up to seven days :/

    We try to close all accounts with zero services so we know which ones to remove from our billing system at the end of the year - we do not keep your information long term like other hosts do for security reasons. Just send a email to [email protected] with the email address you signed up under and I'll reopen the account for you.
