Also when the letters appear when you spawn they go really slow but if i look up they go fast and if i look down its the same they go fast is this my PC or Server Sided?

where do i change the visibility?

Well i think its pretty funny my Laptop is able to run Skyrim Well in High but this game its out of the question. Like i can look at the Sky or Ground with out a problem 0% Lag but when i look forward i lag i cant even use any melee weapons without lagging or idk FPS issue any help?
