Vehicles Despawning while using them?

Think this happened to us, a vehicle respawned at its starting point after vanishing from where it was stashed. We thought it had been stolen but when we went to the spawn point it was there and even had some fo the gear still in it, guns food and such. -

Does anybody have a time frame yet on when this graphics issue will be fixed? Just saw above post, should have refreshed. Thanks Crusader.
