  1. Why not just make high population servers have a better chance of obtaining a good loot from an area and a low populated server having a low chance of obtaining a good loot.

I'm not sure that is a good idea, it would give you very little incentive to join a low populated server and we'd have two kinds of servers on the server list, full and empty. And to be honest I don't particularly like highly populated servers, they tend to be a little laggy and unpredictable

  2. The reason I dont want loot to be strictly on zombies is because some of us like to do things in stealth mode and making all that noise killing zombies would only attract incoming fire from other players Snipers are kind of annoying but they keep you on your toes when looting towns...

That is why I don't want loot to be strictly on zombies, just more of it. I like stealth too, that's why you'll usually find me carring a silenced gun (if I can find one).

  3. Suggestions

    1. Make a server wide communication channel that only survivors that have not killed anyone can join. This will help us find friendly strangers to group with. When I started playing, the global channels were active and it was a MUCH friendlier game. It was easy to find people to group with. Did people abuse this? sure, Will people abuse my suggested channel? Sure, but it's will also work most of the time. Is it realistic? Sadly no. Will it be more fun? You bet. Right Now I have to resort to finding parties to join in Team Speak servers, and it's a huge hassle just finding a server everyone agrees upon ("ugg no, it's night, no way". "Hey there are no crossharis here let's find another". "If it has no 3rd person I get dizzy". "I lag on that server" omg..) With the proposed system in place your new best friends are already there!

    2. Switch loot priority from places to zombies to stop server hopping. If the good loot was found in the same places, but not on the ground, instead on special kinds of zombies. (military types for example would have different loot depending on rank) This would stop people from farming the servers because the loot would have the same chance of spawning in the server they are in, if they just keep killing zeds. Not saying to remove all the ground loot, just put much more on the zeds.

    3. Zombies could be a little faster indoors to make them scarier. This might not be popular but it will make them a lot scarier for sure. I like the ability to lose them but it's just a bit too easy now.

On a side note. I have been questioning the usefulness of high powered scoped weapons in a survival game.. They sure are cool but they are mostly only good for griefing and trolling other survivors.

And last point just not to make a new post. I entered a teamspeak server and joined a channel and was appalled listening to hackers boasting the exploits they were using. Spawning ammo crates, boats, cars, motorbikes and get this: A JET! That's right, an airplane in DayZ. They were saying how easy it was to "bypass" Battleye, even easier than punkBuster they said. It made me sick to my stomach how dumb they were, not realizing they are ruining the game for themselves too. Maybe not as much as they were ruining it for the rest of the people who were playing it correctly.. but still.
