    To comment on this: Today, my buddy and I were moving through Staroye when we came upon a military gun fight. We've encountered the particular NPCs once before, but it was nighttime and we decided to just skip by the town. This time, we decided to kill them. Much to our delight, we found a plethora of gear: NVG, GPS, M1911s, L85s, and one particular NPC in a ghillie suit had this rifle on him. I am relatively new to Day Z, so I am unsure about the rarity of these NPCs, but I have found very little about them through various wikis and google searches.
