    I have this problem as well. I actually cannot bind mouse4+5 or middle mouse. As well as my other three buttons on my mouse. Whenever I load up Dayz, it actually seems to lock out any buttons other than mouse1+2 because I cannot even mute mumble with one of my other buttons that I have for it. :( ANYONE have a fix for this?
