I used to have a similar issue but that was because my Mic was running through USB instead of Mic IN. Goto your audio settings and select play back devices, make sure the one you are used is classed as "Default device" De-activate any others you may have. This will stop any confusion your PC may be having and ARMA should instantly pick up your DEFAULT device.

Nah it's only a warning but not one person has been banned for using the TS3 overlay, i am pretty sure BE are very aware of how it works hence as much as it's picked up as a cheat it will never ever be banned. Some mods you do have to be careful with, i had a close encounter with a texture boost mod that almost seen me with a ban... Seems it's unfair to have better quality and view distance than others :P

These topics are now bugging me since its all i seem to see. I solved the problem of DayZ and not liking it along time ago, it's a simple fix. Stop playing it.... I have, never looked back.

I totally agree with you, however if they add the feature that it fired similarly to the Garrand and not bolt action (somehow ARMA 2 takes the MKIII and gives it the firing characteristics of a WWI MK1 or 2) A brilliant all round weapon. good to fight with but excellent once you master it.

Reservedly i will be hesitant on any future "Dean Hall" creations. i've spent 2 years nearly with this project to see it pretty much fall apart. Being on the inside for an amount of time really threw me off Game development and taking part in any early alpha projects because and i'm not afraid to say it... the SA testing was a shambles. Best thing... i got a free copy of DayZ... next best thing... it's never getting installed again.

QQ'ing about a feature in a game that has huge optimization issues at the moment.... Who cares, it probably will be dealt with soon enough but it isn't a huge deal just now, only an attention seeking muppet would call anyone out on this one. So many other issues that need to be attended to before anything like this is fixed....

I have to agree with you here. The loot tables and respawns probably won't be fixed for some time to come yet despite in my opinion they are critical elements to the game and should be quite high on the "To do list" Also glad to see there is someone sporting my muffins... good on you :D

Since SA is still very early doors the mod offers more, plus you have the advantage of being able to play ARMA which in it'self is a bloody great game once you get the hang of it. I still prefer the mod over Standalone and i probably will for some time to come.

When does anyone read what the devs say... if people did, more than half the posts on these forums wouldn't exist

Don't worry about those errors, ultimately they wont effect your gameplay much, at least your client is now running stable. Feel free to PM me if you have any other issues

Well having the IP certainly helps in identifying the server and they can change the server names....
