More enterable buildings would make the game a hell of alot more challenging, thinking about FIBUA moving through towns etc... I can see some places turning into the "Alamo" -

I voted myself a Survivor... at minus 115K humanity most would call me a bandit but i survive by any means and that will include killing armed and dangerous players i come across. At the end of the day i am still alive... therefore i am a Survivor! -
