You wont get a global ban for wearing it, i use it when im in game in the private hive server i admin... Sounds like it's been scripted onto your character but honestly there is nothing to worry about, apart from maybe now being more of a target!

Agreed. There was "Hope" of it being released in December but it was never laid in concrete that it "Would" be released. It has obviously been delayed for good reason and i am happy for one for the Devs to iron out any problems before we the general public get our mits on it!

There is alot going on in the backgrounds and if the Devs feel it's right to hold back nay announcements and then hold back the SA then they must have god reason to do so, Why rush anything, WarZ is now nothing so DayZ has the market to it'self but why rush what we have like WarZ when we can hold out, let the Dev Team finish up what they need to do then await their golden words of a release date. They are not holding back just to piss you off, there are reasons behind what they do and how they work and i for one am not going to question the actions of the Pro's!

After watching the whole WarZ fiasco i know the Dev team will not be rushing anything for the Foundation Release, and being it Christmas at the moment i can't see much work happening mainly because everyone is away home! I am expecting January/February and maybe an announcement from the Dev team before the year is out. Think it is completely your call on this one buddy, but do you buy 2 copies of CO to last 2 months? TBH i probably would....

It wouldn't harm us PC gamers if DayZ was to hit consoles, as the others have said if it does happen it won't be until we have a fully completed version ourselves witch may take until this time next year. I personally would like to see the concept moved to console in the future, Gamers like my little brother and a few mates can't get into DayZ because it's only on PC, but they have admitted they like what they see and would play it on console. Plus having DayZ available on every platform would be awesome, everyone gets to enjoy it!

usually down to you running the wrong patch, what i do is stay ahead of DayZ Commander and download and install the latest patch manually from here, http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php

Having trust issues is a big problem in DayZ, rolling with complete strangers especially, honestly i do not team up with anyone unless i have contact with them on TeamSpeak, everyone else i class as possible hostile, i will tend to avoid rather than confront. You should come join me in game, gain your trust with a fellow Brony, i play with both Brony and non Brony players in a good atmosphere, i think it would help you out alot.

IMO Standalone is right round the corner so it is worth the wait, However i still play the mod on a very frequent basis, all the new maps, custom features with private hives makes it even more enjoyable and the wait just a little less painful. New comers i would advice to wait till Standalone but if you seriously can't wait get ARMA II CO get DayZ, look about the forums and get into a good Private Hive then enjoy till the main release... the nice new features and extra play we have with it now we can stretch the already awesome DayZ MOD experience just that little bit further :)
