The Kick is all down to the gun firing, it's battleye's way of protecting the server. I am not totally sure on how to get round it as i've never tried spawning a tank into our servers, if i want something like that i go and play ARMA.

I was a forum mod here till the servers i work on took up too much time and i volunteered to step down.... though i have no idea what this has to do with the topic at hand.

Pretty much this, doesn't happen in ARMA 3 so i find it highly doubtful for SA though it would be a nice feature.

May i also add you claim that you run the same Anti Hack system on your servers as we do ours, May i point out this is a complete lie considering our Anti Hack system was built by us and ONLY run on our servers.

See when i need to test stuff like this out, i use our locked Test server with no one on it, and those that are agreed to join the tests. Would never use my admin tools to such extent in the public eye. Admins have a hard enough task it is to keep populations up without examples like this cropping up, no matter how much you try to hide it under "we were testing" it's plainly obvious to see that "spawning in a box" isn't a test, repairing two Choppers to gun down the players that donate to play isn't a test, it's plain abuse of power full stop. I am afraid to say but it's people like yourself who cover up those responsible that are causing the downfall of the mod and to be honest, giving them tools like this without even a consideration of the effect makes you in my eyes as bad as any script kiddie out there. Seriously you are doing no one any favours by covering up you're admins dirty deeds especially yourself.

Yeah it's weird, we had to change the scripts on our server to stop people dying when they changed clothes (Somehow applying a Guillie spawns you 10ft up) But yeah was it just you or did the rest of the server suffer the same fate? Public or Private Hive?

I'd rather a game that shoves me against the wall and continuously kicks my head in till i understand it. The mod when i first started did that for me, i got owned constantly but i learned and became what i am. Standalone will be the same, this isn't some fancy film set, Rocket wants the full "you're in the shit now fella" experience, a game that changes the way people think and play, Keyword there is "Think". That's the problem with todays game, they require about 2% thinking time at a push and the other 98% is madly bashing you're mouse and keyboard while screaming "OMG U GOT OWNED NOOB" at you're pixilated foe across the internet. SA will be massive because it's changing the way people play games, bringing back what i would call the "Broken Sword" age where in order to get through the game you need to think and i for one want Standalone to kick my skull in till i learn.
