Yeah. It is too easy to loot if you ask me. Ive gotten geared up completely, from head to toe within 15 minutes before. I would like to search for a few hours before I find a gun. I think it would lower KoS problems and it would add more excitement to the game.

so.... are you guys legit bandits that actually take survivors at gunpoint and threaten to kill them if they dont hand over their gear? Or are you KoS bandits who shoot anything that moves?

I got shot in the face by a makarov twice and didnt die.... Granted I bled a LOT. But somehow I lived.... Then I got kicked for "hacking" :/

handcuffs would be horrible. I can see a server getting hacked and everyone getting handcuffed and brought out to the middle of no where. Where they are then all shot in the head by said hacker.

I will strangely take pride in gunning down bandits and eating their raw flesh as their unarmed broken legged bandit bitch friends watch. >:)

ive never betrayed my friend(s) in game before. Thats pretty shitty. But I have taken a freshspawn hostage at gunpoint and taken his only can of beans before.

Okay... So for this challenge you will need to make a youtube video. The challenge: Find 3 cans of dew, Once you have them your mission is to go to the following cities (In this order) Elektro, cherno, and Green mountain. In Elektro you have to kill a priest zombie (with a hatchet) in the church and place the dew on his body and bury it. In Cherno you have to kill a doctor zombie (with a crowbar) and place the second dew on his body, Then bury him. On green mountain you have to climb to the top, Place the last dew at the highest point, Then fire off 3 rounds into the air (from any gun). Upload the video (idc how long it is) and post it on this thread! The one who completes the challenge first will get a coustomized 6 pack of jones soda (any flavor you want) with the dayz logo on the front of the bottles and VIP perks on the upcoming server Im making. The runner up will receive a pack of M&M's with the dayz logo on them. GOOD LUCK FOLKS! I hope to see some interesting videos on here :) Remember! you can do anything you have to to finish your mission. EXCEPT HACK/CHEAT.

I have also witnessed a group of people who actually WORSHIP the dew. There was a lead guy who was like a priest or something and he had about 4 followers who went out into chernarus to collect as many dews as possible. They then brought them back to the elektro church and worshiped and guarded it. Not sure why but everyone does the dew differently. Do the dew. :|

yep. I made that same connection. Also the coordinates that are read out are all the locations of the deer stands. There definitely is something peculiar about Green mountain.

yep... I did the same thing. I took 3 cans of mt dew off a dead body that I found (he was mauled and eaten) to green mountain. Climbed to the top of the tower and placed the dew under the red hatch that you cant open... Its said that within that hatch is a man who has locked himself away and knows all the secrets of the dew and the viral outbreak. After that I left as quickly as I could and was later hit by a streak of luck. I found quite a few good weapons as well as 3 cars (fully repaired) and a heli. The dew will save you if you offer it right, Drink it just once and youll never see light.

well the reason the game has both is so you can choose so there shouldnt even be a conflict.... But the internet will internet I suppose. Also the head bobbing can be shut off and adjusted in the game options.

Idk if these items have been in dayz prior to this update. But ill make a quick list of what ive found. -Razors -Toilet Paper -MRE [Meal Ready to Eat] So far the only one that seems to actually have a function is the MRE. Anyone know what the razors and TP are for? nobody has said anything about a new bathroom mechanic or shaving... I couldnt find a use for them. :/ anyone know whats up?
