??? You mean to tell me that i am paying 50 per month for a server that will not spawn vehicles? Should i shut down my server until they are spawning? How can they in good conscience keep allowing people to buy new servers when they are not even spawning vehicles. I get that its an alpha but all the other servers have vehicles, seems pretty crappy that mine gets screwed.

We too just set up a new server with Defcon and we had 1 vehicle spawn in a spot that they do not spawn and when we rebooted server it was gone. Over 2 weeks now and we have not had 1 vehicle spawn on our server other than a bike.

Woke up this morning and my server was off. Booted it up and went into Novy Sober and found a Jeep 100% in tact with gas. First Jeep we found on server so far. Took Jeep and moved one of my tents to a hidden spot and drove the jeep around all day with clan etc. Late tonight we decide to reboot server so we saved the Jeep and Tents then waited a few min then rebooted the server. When we came back into the server the Jeep is gone and the tent i moved is back where it was before with all the gear it had before i moved it 12 hours ago. Not sure why this happened but its making me wonder if our server is bugged or something. Something to point out is the Jeep didnt spawn in a known spot. Was in Novy Sober. In a nutshell everything we did with the Jeep and since the last reboot got reverted somehow. Our characters stayed in tact but our server is back to how it was early this morning.

I traded a friend of mine for a Ghillie Suit and then about 1 hour later had to reboot my server and when i loaded back into the game my GS turned into plain civilian clothing. Woot for me i can now change my clothes when they get dirty? Anyone else have this happen to them? Is there a fix?

On my server the 5 of us have found 4 in 2 days. Pretty sure the drop rate is increased.

Again this time i find a gillie suit and put it on. waited 15 min or so and relogged. Came back into the game and its turned into Civilian Clothing

I would like to order a VPS for this game. I tried Defcon but they are terrible. Please someone refer me to a quality group that can provide a good server for this game. I am looking for a vps in the 50$ range as well as good support.

I have already contacted Paypal for a refund as you people do not do as you say and seeing the threat that was clearly made against a fellow gamer i will not do business with you... EVER. Also you are ignoring the bulk of my message. Provisioning a teamspeak isnt the heart of the issue. Its being completely ignored in Tickets. I happen to own a hosting company and i use WHMCS your same billing system so i am intimately familiar with your ticket system and i know there is no margin for error in regards to this. Your staff simply closed my ticket on my teamspeak server without even verifying that is was handled. Try again friend IMO Defcon owes me and the DayzMod community an apology for such service. Refund my money in compliance with my dispute and we are good. Fail to do so and we will be testing the quality of your legal department. I can assure you mine is of the highest caliber. Good day Defcon BTW ill leave you with something that reminds me of your company.

What about those people that can only play at night? They are forced to use servers in other countries just to see the light of day EVER. I can understand the thrill of playing at night but its not realistic to keep it like it is if they want this game to be huge. That sort of feature just wont appeal to the masses. Only hardcore players that can play day or night. Sometimes games have to sacrafice realism to make it enjoyable, like broken legs dont really heal with morphine injections etc but we do it anyway so we can enjoy the game.

I am new to this game and the expectations i had are FAR from what this game really is. Going online i read comments like..."its a social experiment". Or its a "game about survival" For those looking into this game here is the perspective of a new player. Dont expect any of the above. This game is a FREE for all FRAG fest and has nothing to do with actual coop and survival. Not saying its not a fun game just do not expect anything new really. It is like every other FPS out there with some additional options. After a week of playing almost all day every day i have come across 2 people that didnt kill me immediately. Ive never been able to set up any sort of camp because the routine is pretty much the following. 1. Get some gear 2. Get Killed 3. Start Over 1. Get some gear 2. Get Killed 3. Start Over 1. Get some gear 2. Get Killed 3. Start Over Over and over again. While its thrilling to try and get gear. Do not expect to set up a camp or get a vehicle or play any sort of coop game at all. It is not here at Day Z

How is it i can join a server with only 5 people thinking ill be able to learn the game without players killing me but within 5 min or so i have 3 of the only 5 people on the server hunting me down like an animal?

Perhaps an experiment on how people treat each other in a game but no one views this as a real survival situation. They just camp on towers and snip for fun
