Just banned for no reason at all. Never hacked in my life. Just running along and bam kicked from game with this bull@#$! Now i'm globally Banned and don't know why. Googled the code and there is nothing on it at all. Bravo BattleEye..YOU SUCK!

I dont believe what your saying for 1 second...why? Same time tonight server did same thing...hacker heaven. Explain to me why every night at Prime Time your server just happens to fail on its reboot? Yet ALL DAY LONG it seems stable and reboots properly. Pretty convenient that your server does this at the same time each night and magically clears up when you all are done playing. Worsin <--- Born in the morning but not this morning.

Amazing that a server can stay connected to hive and not have BattleEye running so they can all hack everyone and dupe items. Someone needs to ban them. I cant even log in to get my shit now.

Most games that allow people to host a server of their own give admins privileges that help them manage the server. Im not saying i want omnipotent power to cheat all day on my server. Im talking the ability to keep things fair. Booting players that hack. Banning repeat offenders from your server etc. After owning my own server for a month now i can say that we get absolutely no privileges except turning on and off the server. When i first got my own server i thought we would be able to kick people that hacked and ban grievers but that is clearly not the case, owning your own server just means your paying for a game that others play for free and that's it. My question to you people is what is my incentive for owning a server? There is no difference in the experience for my clan whether its on my server or another. Im no economist but i can tell you that if you don't give people a reason to pay each month your going to get a TON of people cancelling their servers and then your dead in the water. Don't get me wrong i love this game, there is just no reason at all to have your own server.

I know its already been posted that vehicles and tents are not saving inventory but my vehicles are not saving at all. It took about 10 days to get them to spawn in the first place and now they do not save on our server. When vehicles started spawning we found 2 atv's, Truck, Bus a Vs3 and several bikes and since then a few of them disappear at a time when server reboots. Its extremely frustrating to search ALL DAY for vehicles fixing them and such only to have them vanish the next time server reboots. As a clan we have each spent probably 6 days total trying to find vehicles for our clan and we either come up completely empty handed or it vanishes the next day. I'm really starting to think i am completely wasting my time here. 3 weeks owning a server now and nothing to show for it whatsoever. We have basically no camp, no vehicles and clan members have completely lost interest in the game. Tents and Vehicles need to be fixed or people will just give up and snipe each other all day...oh wait that's happened already, never mind.

You need to revoke the rights that Defcon Hosting has on selling your products hosting. They do not fulfill what they promise. I went to their site to ask some presales questions and was helped within seconds but as soon as i made a payment and ordered a server they stop responding and do not help with issues. My server still isnt live. They lie about 24/7 service, it doesnt exist. They told me it would be set up and ready to go in 30 min and its now been 20 hours and im now trying to get a refund because they dont respond to tickets. I ordered teamspeak at the same time as this and they still havent sent the login info for my server. I submitted a ticket to them about it and instead of answering it they closed the ticket unresolved with no response. They are horrible and if your thinking of getting a server DO NOT USE DEFCON AT ANY COST.

Because when i hit ban in game nothing happens. I even tried the command #exec ban playername (instructions i saw online) and nothing seems to work. Then i read somewhere in an august post that the ban ability was removed from DayZ (cant find where it is) Do you host your own server? If so how are you banning people?

This only reinforces my point. Says you can ban for hacking but when i try to do so it does not work. Rocket makes it his mission to strip all powers from admins. The point im trying to make is that in any exchange of goods there has to be a benefit for both parties otherwise its pointless. Currently there is no benefit from having your own server at all.

LOL im sorry about all the restarts. Were having troubles with it atm so were debugging a couple things. Also, first chance at loot doesn't exist either...all the vehicles are despawning on our server so its been a free for all the whole time they have been up.

I cannot load into my server after this last patch. I completely reinstalled arrowhead and manually updated the game to 95883. I then launched six launcher and it did an update and i cannot join any servers at all now.

So im at my camp almost off the map in the middle of BFE and i did a server reboot. All of a sudden POOF there is an ATV there at the camp. Now the strangest thing is not only did it spawn in middle of nowhere but its spawned right in the middle of my camp like it was a gift from rocket or something. One thing to note is that my server that is brand new and hasent even been spawning vehicles that save. The ones that have spawned havent been at the typical spawn points and dont end up saving after the next reboot. Just thought it was strange to happen anyone else see things like this occur?

When it gets exploded it respawns dumbass.

Launching from the "Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch" shortcut does not fix problem. i load completely into the lobby and then when i go to load into game it gets stuck at black loading screen.

Also when i load into Arma 2, my game version is showing 1.7.2.4 not the most recent which should be showing since this is fresh install.

First off i love DayZ and I understand that this is an Alpha but i bought my own server so my clan would have a chance at vehicles and so far im hearing that any ID over 6000 isnt getting vehicles right now. This info should have been posted HUGE on the DayZ Website to prevent people from buying BROKEN SERVERS!!! We deserve a response from the DayZ team on this because if they aren't going to spawn soon i'm not going to keep dishing out 50 a month for this server. To completely ignore the many posts on this matter is highly unprofessional and only shows you dont care about the community that is helping support your game. People paying money each month to help contribute to this game deserve to know when vehicles will start spawning so we can make a wise choice as to whether to keep paying or not.

Vehicles are a huge part of the game but not all of it. I want my own server that has vehicles. Why would i want to play on a server and pay for a server that has no vehicles? All you have done in your posts is try to argue against my wanting an official response. You take my words and twist them in a way to make them support your argument. Are you a woman?

Your just trolling man. If you dont get the concept of a clan wanting their own server to call home then i dont know what to say. Why do you think all these servers exist today? Because people are just generous and want to provide you with a server to play on? No moron...its because they are clans and they are providing a server for their clan to play on that they control. Get a clue man and stop trolling posts trying to show your smart, because your only showing your ignorant.

The problem is a TON of new servers have NO VEHICLES AT ALL and all we have are rumors on why this is so. I am just asking for some sort of response from the team so i know exactly whats going on time wise and can plan things for my clan. If its going to be months before vehicles are live on other servers then im not going to bother paying for a server for those months. Why am i getting flamed for wanting information so i can make purchasing decision? I dont care if it takes 4 months to fix...just tell me so i am not wasting my money on a broken server.

If they want people that are paying for servers to keep doing so then i think they do owe us at least some sort of time frame. Why would i want to pay for a server that has no vehicles at all. For us that is half the game.

Excuse me but we started a clan and wanted our own server that didnt have all the vehicles etc horded by the clan that owns the other server. What is so hard to understand about wanting some clarity on the progress so we can make educated decision?

We finally got 2 boats to spawn on our server but they spawned in super shallow water and wont move when we try and drive them out of it. How can we get these boats into the water more so they can be used?

I have had my server for a week now or longer and no vehicles at all. How do i check server ID number?

We have had our server over 2 weeks now and the only thing to spawn is a bike!!! WTF are our vehicles and why arent they spawning? I have read posts of new servers getting set up and all the vehicles are at their spawn points.
