Balota, deerstands, Stary(also look through town for food & drink) another deerstand, airfield, deerstand, Devil's Castle then NE Airfield and quick visits into town for generic loot and food items -

Are low value loot spawns worth looking in?

Its dependent on your situation, newly spawned players are encouraged to go there as they can find the basics and move up from there. I just usually head to churches and fire houses and then go for higher tier loot -

DayZ standalone suggestion: Seasonal loot balancing. "Hunger" season, "Cease fire" season, "Zombie infestation" season etc.

Bohemia Interactive made a contract wit battleye so battleye is the official anticheat system for their games. Im guessing battleye will be used in the standalone as BI are publishing DayZ
