Your Graphics card is the problem. If yo want to keep going with Radeon, I suggest Radeon HD 4850 or 5450 -

Your ignorance disturbs me. This person does know what he is talking about. ACE makes ArmA more real in how guns work and how players interact with the game. Of course spotters arent really needed for DayZ,as long as you have rangefinders.

You dont need a good PC to run those graphics, my laptop can run that and it isnt even that good. -
Sniping requires zeroing and mildots. Without rangefinders it can be a pain in the arse to hit your target. Its very hard on ArmA too if spacebar scanning is disabled.
