I only use 3rd person when in towns, everything else is first.

I play on Public, I honestly don't give a crap about hackers. They kill me, I start again. Btw I have only come across a couple of hackers on the server I play on. US 137, if anyone is interested.

Slightly losing your character as he turns into an infected. Stage 1: Everything seems ok, apart from your vision, it seems like your view distance is shorter. Stage 2: Craving for meat occurs. Your getting hungry quicker than usual. Stage 3: So thirsty. Now that you can't see 750m+ and you need more food, Thirst is becoming more of a priority. Stage 4: Reaction times are slower. Need to get rid of some players and zombies? actions occur 2 seconds after. Stage 5: Aim is slightly off and stamina is really short. It takes 3 seconds to start running. Stage 6: No more colour. All your surroundings are black and white. Satge 7: No more Beans. Meat is the only way to replenish hunger. Stage 8: Zombie. That is it, times up. Your character has lost the battle to the virus. Maybe antibiotics can slow down the process but can't stop it.

Ya I prefer ACE's version of how going unconscious looks like. Maybe we might have something like a white screen and it gets darker. Once the screen has turned black, our eyes flicker and everything is out of contrast for a few seconds.
