Cool. Random combat environments are already built into base ArmA II, would be a simple matter.

I traded food and water for some medicine earlier. Nobody got shot. hm.

BIS has stated somewhere it would take a year after the release of ArmA III to get a functional DayZ released.

If you traveled through 7 servers without dying/manually respawning your character, you'd end up in the same spot in all 7 servers. Its a persistent mod.

I had heard, and experienced, otherwise with Soldiers. Though, remember there is a military sim underneath DayZ, and the game interprets what a .45 round to the stomach would do to a human body. Hint, have EMT's standing by. As you move up in firepower, there isn't a "health" meter that gets more damage points added, there is a "how does this bullet at this range, and this speed, effect flesh, organ and bone" meter. -
A broken timer is already implemented. I almost guarantee it'll be a feature at some point, possibly soon.

I think it'd be much easier, and make much more sense, to get rid of player name/distances altogether, on all servers. -

The possibilities of this suggestion are endless. Bandits controlling towns in one way, survivor groups in another. I can't wait to see this implemented (pretty please, Rocket) -
I think it'd be cool, but I also think it'd get hitched on the technicals.

Soldier Zeds are already much tougher than regular Zeds, and carry better loot as a result. Your letter from that Zed is chilling, knowing these creatures only want to eat and live they're lives.. -
Suggestion [Female Zombies, Child Zombies]

There is a suggestion already up for female zeds/players/bandits, just down the street from this topic. Children would be an entirely different model that would need to be constructed from scratch, down to the animations. Sounds difficult. It would diversify the world, but would it be necessary, especially with as much work is already in progress? -
The safest place in DayZ are the forums. As it stands, and I assume it always will stand, the only way safe zones can ever exist is if the players themselves group together, organize, lock off an area, and defend it in game, in servers. Just like real life.

Nope, you won't have a different inventory, stats, location, ect. You can use 27 different profiles, and they'll all be linked to the same DayZ account.

Humanity is still tracked, even though its not listed in the debug menu. You need over 2000 humanity to become a survivor again. Bandit skins will be gone soon regardless.

People do this, even in realistic military sims, for a reason. Not because its a "mainstream shoot'em up" thing. -

Try deleting your @DayZ folder and re downloading the DayZ files, even though its a hassel. This has worked for others with the issue. -
Please remove the flashing screen from game

Maybe ask to have this moved to technical section, sounds like a bug/computer side error.
