Does anybody go to Stary for the military tents anymore? Sat on server with 50 players for more than 30 minutes and not a single person came to the tents in Stary.. what is going on here. Edit: I'm not sniping people from the treeline.. I just chase people around towns screaming "CHOPPY CHOPPY" with my hatchet because I'm bored :(

Do they reset when the server restarts? If not, when? Do they spawn repaired already?

It's probably really simple but I can't seem to figure it out.

My friend was killed somewhere in Elektro and he went back there and found his corpse with all his gear.. but he can't loot it. Can you loot your own dead body?

So I updated my ARMA revision and logged on a server to find that there are two new video settings. I noticed a crazy drop in framerate so I disabled both of them only to figure out they weren't effecting the drop.. I put everything on the lowest setting so I could find out what was causing the problem through process of elimination but when I did my fps didn't go up a single frame. I'm getting anywhere from 11-13fps in small cities like Mogilevka and Vishnoye but yesterday I would've been getting 30+ fps in the same areas. Also, even after disabling everything I still notice this film grain like effect that is truly awful. Any ideas what happened?

Got dropped down to about 6500 blood, kept heading north to Nadezh, Zub and Vishno.. killing a whopping 70 zombies through my journey. Dropping to as low as 3200 health and finding enough pasta and sardines to get myself back to 7000. Too bad it all went to crap when one crawler came up and hit me, knocking me unconscious for 20+ seconds. Whole time I was down he was just nom nomming on my body. Lost over 7000 health to one zombie cause he hit me once and KO'd me. I know General Discussion has become a cesspool of complaints and foretellings of the end of DayZ but holy mother of god that's just stupid. My jaw fucking dropped when one zombie out of more than 70 just one hit KO'd me. No words beyond what I have already said can describe my feelings towards what just happened. Please for the love of god someone console me before I quit forever.

Thanks for the quick reply, and after aborting in LIMBO I joined another server and all my shit is back! I don't know how but I'm pretty glad.

I was playing on LA22 with about 50 other people and all of a sudden I get teleported to the top of some mountain with about 20 other people. Bear traps are everywhere and people are just getting annihilated. I managed to run away into the forest only to be ported right back to the same spot, now with the entire server there. People in ghillie suits are just mowing people down so I aborted to try and save my character from certain death -yes I know this isn't allowed but I'm not going to allow somebody to cheat (or whatever they did) to kill me- I log back on to another server only to find that I'm dead without any of my gear in the middle of what looks like DayZ LIMBO (people are either dead on the ground all over or standing up staring at the hills). What the hell just happened and why? I just found an ALICE pack and was SUPER excited about it. Anybody know what the hell just happened in LA22?
