Well now that HFB are supposedly supporting private I think this is a good idea.

I play with around 200 completely fine, unless you are just running around like a spastic you are generally safe from stuff, and if theres a sniper looking around you are probably dead anyway.

After a server restart last night after HUGE desync issues, things seem to have fixed themselves. Will let you know after next restart.

I would say its worth it for sure if you are going to be playing everything Arma has to offer and not just DayZ - if its just for DayZ then I would probably hold off and wait.

I dont quite see how having a bus, a van, a motorbike and a Heli is hoarding, but ok. Regardless, that isnt what is being discussed here, the vehicles being rolled back IS. So please, if you have nothing USEFUL to contribute, dont.

I have no idea - the same thing is happening to us. Its not just the chopper though, EVERY single vehicle rolls back to where they were. Its really starting to piss us off :/ For clarity, we are running 1.7.2.5 and Beta 95948/50

Get yourself an ATV and fill it with Jerry cans - drive to refuel location of choice (Check http://dayzdb.com/map) and voila - infinte chopper fuel!

I have no idea - I havent touched DayZ or the Admin Panel all day - been playing Dynasty Warriors and League of Legends. You will have to ask Bedyr about that. As for this, there is no way for an admin to check this outside of hacking. Dont believe me? Ask anyone else hosting with HFB.

I will correct you, for you are wrong. It is (or was) on the inside of the map, maybe 200m from the border. Its easy to tell the difference between in and out because for one, theres a huge black line, and two, there is no grass, trees, or other vegetation on the outside o/

I have literally PM'd moon and resolved the situation. There is no need for any more pointless bickering. Mistakes were made, but now they are fixed things are fine. People on both sides (Who, might I add, have nothing to do with said situation) were merely doing what they thought was right, and things should be left as is. Also, requesting a lock if a mod would be so kind as to oblige. No need for more fuel to this troll-fire.

Guys, guys, guys. Situation is sorted (I think) - Moons ban has been revoked and the rightful recipient was banned instead. Everything blew up out of proportion - Only Moon was banned originally and the server has NEVER been down for a long period of time regardless of what people say (except for recently to flush the hacker) - its just a bug with servers right now - check sixlauncher/ingame browser yourself and you will see. In any case, they are keeping the vehicles, people are sorted, everything should be fine.

Either way, try it yourself when everyone logs for the night.

Clearly the tractor being ON the hill is evidence? And no, only Moon was banned - which will be lifted as soon as he messages me the REAL culprits name. We arent bothered about the vehicles though - you can keep them. We will come find them ourselves :')

Im sorry, but the server definitely hasnt been down or locked for ANY extended period of time (extended being 5 minutes or longer) - Moonchild you were banned for combat logging last night - You killed 3 of us no worries, we didnt mind about that, but when our last guy took a couple of shots at you with a PDW you log out? Damn thats low. Theres spinning the story, and theres telling the truth. We wont ban people just for taking our shit, come on, use your head. We lost a heli last week and didnt ban the guys that did it - we just carried on and looked for it once in a while. But yes, there is a camp there, yes there are weapons more than anyone could use. We built those up from about a month of play. On to the server disappearing from server lists - grab the ip and connect through remote (74.121.190.210:2312). Hell, even I have to do that from time to time to play on the server, and I admin it with two others .-.

Had an ATV off map for 30 hours now, placed it there because we had our heli stolen and want to make damn sure its not off map.
