The text direct comms finishes some of my words off, so if i type "a" it'll type "auto".. and then it wont let me delete them.. it'll only let me delete the last "o"... Anyone know how to fix this? o-o

Yeah, I was trying to talk to someone but I couldn't because of this.. it's strange..

OK, So I decided I would start searching for camps. I can't decided. Are high populated servers best or possibly not so good? I think they could be could just due to how many people on them, but I also think they could be bad just because people might not set camps up on high pop servers and keep camps on "home" servers. Also currently running in the mountains on the left side of the map. http://dayzdb.com/map#3.009.120 Currently at the 12, near enough.

Thanks, and yes. I'm a new player so I have no IDEA where camps could be, so I was just asking for anyone to share "hot spots" here for others like me to see. Thanks for all the replies people :) I have found 1 tent so far, it had meat in... haha.

I know this will probably be hard. I can join a chat program to take orders/listen to general chat just wont chat.. The reason for this is I mainly play at night. I'm from the UK I mainly play on the DE servers so would love to join a group who is already established on there. I don't have too much experience in the game though only a few days under my belt, so don't expect anything great right now. I have also just started fresh... well I died. So I have no items currently but working on that!

I was thinking about making a locked sanctuary server. Which would be invite only, mainly so we can get away from bandits/hackers/general idiocy. With strict-ish rules. I still want the game to be fun so the rules wouldn't be absurd, but they would make the server much more fun overall. Or even possibly have 2-3 groups working against each other. It would most likely be 40 slot as I don't think I would have the money to go any higher, unless the server got donations. But that's something I would rather not do. Anyone interested in me doing this? :)

I totally agree. Zombies can be a bit dull you need bandits. That's why I suggested it's possible to have 2-3 teams working against each other. Maybe it wouldn't work, but it was just an idea I had and wanted to see what people thought.

You can lock a sanctuary server. So I have read, because it's not attached to the hive. So items stay bound to that server. Maybe what I read was wrong though, but it makes sense to me. If it was false I wont do it.

It's in advanced video settings, I think. Or maybe just in the regular video settings :D

You are allowed to lock a Sanctuary server because it's not attached to the Hive.

Can anyone at NW airfield help me? Zombies glitched through a wall in the barracks and made me bleed. I couldn't bandage myself in time. (too many zombies coming in). Down to 2,800 blood and keep passing out. I have a blood bag that can be used/replace the one you use on me :)

Look into raidcall :) It's free and great. My friend was having trouble with out TS server (choppy voice). Switched to raidcall and it worked perfectly! Good luck with your group, it sounds great :)

Currently at NW airfield. I have less than 4,000 blood. Really would love some help. Sucks playing solo! I have found a few blood bags but didn't even pick them up because I have no one to give me them :(

Spent most of the day wandering around small towns/the woods. Though I did go into Elektro. Got myself a winchester, when to the top of a building, it appeared to have a ledge (so I thought I couldn't fall) I walked towards it to try and get a good view. I fall off break my leg and end up dying. Also found an AK47 after I came back from dying, but.. ended up dying again. haha. I come off for a few hours. Just got back on, got my self a PDW and an assault pack (a few grenades and stuff). I saw someone running from a TONNE of zombies. I decided I would help and kill all of them. Next thing I know I had been shot... they killed me. So far I have had fun. But has deterred me from ever trying to help anyone at random again :P

Yeah, I guess I could still help people (if I have the power to help them). Just be more aware I will probably be attacked after, that way I actually stand a chance.

Yeah I already corrected myself, it's a low value farm. OK, I will just kill myself, don't really have anything of value to put others at risk :P

Hey, this is my first post, just started the game. Got myself some basic stuff, would love to be helped out.. Currently on 2,000 blood. I can't really move (due to not being able to see where I'm going). I'm at the high low value farm (according to this map http://dayzmap.com/) at Kamyshovo. If anyone can help I would be very happy!
