THIS worked for me. Second account wasn't replacing the CD Key for OA in the Registry. Tried pretty much everything. Turns out you need to start Steam with Admin rights, even if you're running an Admin account under windows. Shutdown Steam completely Right-click Steam and select "Run as Administrator" Launch the game CD Key changed..

People constantly "respawning" to get closer to some action puts the Hive database under undue load and thus affects EVERYONE playing because you don't want to huff it a few Km's. The respawn feature was not designed to be used in this way and Rocket is investigating the ability to select one of several spawn points. Until then you'll just have to deal with it like everyone else, or just don't die often. There IS an issue we are finding where the thirst/hunger meters are running almost at double speed right now and was introduced sometime in the last couple of weeks. I go through 2-3 water bottles and a couple of steaks running from Stary to Balota and it sed to e half that. Hopefully either it will be tweaked back or food/drink spawn percentages increased. The primary downside is the increased number of slots that have to be taken up with food/drink. APE

Sorry mate, I don't understand what you're asking? I always prone under brush or trees when I exit. My concern is what happens if something kacks out with my Internet connection, etc and I'm prone crawling in the open. Will I end up crouched? If someone blats me while I'm crouched/sitting will I get to know about it? None are silly questions, the game is a work in progress. Just asking for clarification.

Will we be able to see the character during this 5"? What if we get killed by some sniper in that 5", will we restart next day with the "Male or Female" dialog with no idea what happened? Just thoughts on user experience from a fellow developer and big fan of DayZ :-)
