More hackers than legit players. Just quite while you still can. The hackers will always kill you. :)

You should get a website, makes recruiting a lot better. Not to mention a server. But come to think of it, why bother making a new clan/group/team when you will just die from hackers. Join any high populated servers and you're bound to get hacked and killed.
