It's a cool system and looks like something that one has to get used to, turning left while looking right to watch your character turn to the left? AND I often change sitting positions when I play. This isn't faster than assigning keys to look left/right. Or buttons/analog inputs on the mouse to look around. Cool but I follow the KISS principle when gaming.

The times unfortunately are sometimes broken in DAYZ commander, I just favorite the server with the best ping and have a hand written list beside me to record their GMT last I played there. The DAYZ servers sometimes forget to update their GMT +/- info.

I am very happy with the tent and vehicle bugs as I don't use them and too many people use them to duplicate their gear. :)

Yeah I think I saw someone make videos of "looting in less than 10 mins", of all major cities. If they allowed zombies to knock you down/stun you while running, that would balance the game a little. Zombie chases are funny. They get within inches, then stop to attack(always missing). Implement a flying tackle/stun and then people will give them a little more respect.

Hmm, in fact I would prefer less chances to spawn items. And if we designate another "high yield" spawn it would just be a PvP nightmare, like crash sites(fun). Those are high yield, you just have to find it before someone loots it first. People are feeling under equipped because of so much high end loot being duplicated out there. If they ever fix this and all the other scripts, I am sure people will treasure that Winchester(a great gun) they found 10 days ago. I don't mind all the AK's spawning because there are more than 100 million AK's out there right now.

The M4SD in your hand and the L85 in your pack, during the day. L85 in your hand and m4SD in your pack at night. But if you have NVG, I would replace the thermal with a DMR or your AS50.

I think this is how they fixed ghosting, you log on to another server aside from the one you were on within a certain amount of time(say 5mins) you get sent back to the coast. I think it was to stop players from logging off when being shot at, going to another server to bandage then move behind where the enemy was, then log back on to the first server(magically behind their enemy).

Yeah this has to be at least a 8/10 look at how many thought he was serious.

You don't have a list of favorite servers to join? I have a list of over 50 on my Dayz commander that gives me good fps. The only thing broken there is the sometimes the day/night cycle is not posted properly, which would suck if you had no way to see in the dark.

You can argue the realism of 3rd person vs first person. People probably go third person because even "first person" view is not that realistic, there is no peripheral vision and split second look left and right with eyeballs. People use third person view, because to them it is closer to their actual field of vision. But it also loses realism mainly because you can see the back of your character. Increasing your FOV could solve this but we dont have an "easy" FOV slider in arma 2. Now, looking around corners and over fences while in 3rd person, an exploit? It can be. Then again, I can look over fences and around the corner exposing less than half my face. Compared to first person view, even leaning all the way, your character exposes shoulder, arm, part of elbow and head just to peek around the corner? That's not realistic either. This can go on and on, so I until someone designs an "affordable" VR gaming helmet, that allows you to peek around corners. 3rd person will most likely be here to stay.

How is the bandit punished? Aside from ghillie and camo, the towel head doesn't really add or subtract the ability to spot the bandit. If the people want the bandit skin back, where is the matching survivor/hero skin that also makes them hard to detect. As a bandit, your instantly rewarded days of loot in one headshot. As a survivor . . . . what do you get? If anything the game makes it easier to be a bandit.
