Added a few more people on steam to compensate for the people i kicked that sent in apps but never added me on steam or just haven't been on in general. Looking for a really active group.

Applications are still closed, editing player list and finally accepting everyone who applied before the applications were closed on Steam. Been having some really fun times except for last night. Hacker cloned himself 12 times, instaspawned right next to me and instantly opened fire upon spawning at one of our guys just downing him before he managed to abort. Next, a hacker was using a high powered sniper rifle with explosive rounds and killed one of us, we aborted, relogged to go avenge our guy and he destroyed 1 of our broken atv's and must have instarepaired the other one and drove off with it :(

This is called ghosting my friend. Never had this happen to me, and i hope this stays that way. Sorry for your frustrations though.

When approaching the airfield or stary, look to see if there are zombies there. If there are zombies when you are still a good distance away, tread carefully as somebody else has spawned them. If you run up in there though and a group of like 4 just spawned right on top of eachother, there's nobody else there cause you spawned them. Only thing you have to be careful of then are snipers. Snipers are dicks btw. Don't EVER EVER EVER tell yourself, "well if there was a sniper, he'd have killed me by now". Me and a friend were crawling along the NWA for the first time and he said he heard something over an open mic, i didn't hear it and we thought nothing of it. Searched every hanger and made it to the firehouse when i walked into a corner and said something, ran to the stairs, my buddy went to the same exact corner and then BANG he died by a sniper when that could've been me. Another time me and a different friend raided stary and made it through all the tents after scouting the area for 10 minutes, right when we started running towards the barn a sniper opened up on us killing him and then me. Sometimes i think they just fuck with you, they let you raid the area and let you have you're moment and then BANG you're dead so they can just go and pick up the good loot that you picked up and ruin the moment for you.

If you don't want to download dayz commander: Great Britain is 5 hours ahead of GMT-5 so it's currently 1:40am in New Jersey while it's 6:40am in GB With Russia, if it's night out for you, it's definitely day for them. You can also just google "what time is it in (enter country here)" If it's persay 530am in Luxembourg, but you don't know when the sun rises there (that's when it turns daytime for the server), you can google the sunrise time for Luxembourg. Beware of lag though when playing in other country's servers Beware though, some servers have inverted time for us people who work and can't play during the day. I also find many many US servers that are daytime during night though. Just luck of the draw.

@97ADU Frissy, why is you're avatar hopsin? lol. And yeah, find a server that's daytime, don't worry about being sneaky either as you have nothing to lose. When you aggro zombies just lead them into a house and give them the slip through the other side and make sure to lose line of sight with them if they manage to chase you out of the house. Cherno and Elektro are great places to start despite them being high banditry sights. Just loot everything you need and get out. Listen for gunshots and look to see zombies aggroing other players

How in the hell do you get rid of tank traps and barbed wire with a tool box? Ive tried scrolling over them, right clicking the toolbox... I get jack every time.

You know you play too much Dayz when: You lock yourself inside of you're house and put barbed wire in front of all the entrances so you can protect you're valuables and hide from bandits trying to loot and kill you. You also crawl while going in front of windows in you're home You attempt to buy all the mountain dew anywhere it is present and hoard it thinking it's one of the rarest items in the world When you go camping, you keep everything of value on you're person afraid that you'll lose it when you wake up the next day You live off of canned beans, sardines, pasta, water bottles, coke, pepsi, and the rare mountain dew You complain that you can't have a car because everyone hoards them You get aggravated when you walk into a store like Macy's and you see all the watches they have but they don't have a single map or compass You walk into a store like Dicks Sporting Goods/Models/Sports Authority and get pissed when all they have for sale are crossbows and bolts thinking they are absolutely useless

Clouds go from west to east im pretty sure, sun rises in east sets in west. Use that to navigate out of the debug zone

Alright, well now that i can finally comment with first hand experience with 2.5 and beta 96061, I can say that nothing got better/worse for me and the usual fix of aborting and reloading the serve fixes it for me. Other than that there doesn't seem to be much of a difference in anything other than the humanity.

The awkward moment when a fellow bandit or unforgiving survivor puts the captured bandit down with a sniper round, or just unloads onto him lol. Anyway, i'm interested in joining. My steam name is Littleassassin2, ill probably be on in a few, idk though.

LOLOLOLOL, can't help but laugh at how this guy is probably pissed as hell right now. I spawned in the firehouse because that's where i logged off, and quickly discovered after looting the tower (loot had already spawned, somebody must have been in the area) that the bottom to get into the garaged was barbed wired so i couldnt get anywhere. Picked up a backpack, ran back to the top of the tower, proned, and right when i hit escape to abort and go find a server where i could get out of the firehouse BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG somebody started unloading into where i was just missing me by a foot. Probably thinks im some noob pussy who alt+f4'd. I can't help but laugh right now at the sheer timing of it all. :lol:

Aaaah, i see. That's also if he wasn't some dick who just shoots to kill and not loot the bodies. I loot everything, even the already dead bodies i find in the middle of Cherno and Elektro. You never know what you're going to find.

Wouldn't my body not be there though since its on a different server?

I also could care less what people think, and i wouldn't exactly call that combat. It would have been a waste of a death anyway if i had died as he'd never be able to reach my body

Love the title of the video lol. Was trying to think of a good spinoff of Jayz's or w/e's song 99 problems. I got 99 problems but death aint one. Sound good? Idk. Nice vid though. My last death: i ran to cherno, heard gunshots, crawled to the gunshots, unloaded onto a guy but he started screaming friendly and pleaded for his life so i apologized and followed him. 2 minutes later a hacker simultaneously killed 3 people, 1 of which was me.

Nah, keep the backpack but start with the Czech vest pouch instead of the petrol backpack..

Also,i happened to find one the first real time i played (spawned like 3 times before that but was just goofing off to learn controls, get the feel for the game), but lost it later that night via sniper =[
