Depends. Sometimes it goes back from the last saved postition, other times it stay in the last place it was before session lost, other times they just disappear and always return the loot inside them to the loot that was saved.

Never saw that in my entire life in DayZ. Try verifying the steam cache and if don't work reinstall DayZ manually.

Admins cant give/spawn items, they can only restart,kick and ban. What happened to you is that some hacker was friendly enough to give you guys some weapons.
