Long wait eh? But the FPS is like that at times, espically in the cities, suggest finding a new server or relog~ -
You need a keyboard that a basic PC would have. Num pad, all the buttons, everything. Unless you want to take the time to rebind them all.

How do you switch between DayZ and Arma2/OA vanilla?

I can answer you last question. -- finally how do you switch the multiplayer filters between vanilla servers and dayz servers? When your in the game, go to filter and make the filter to Expansions off or something like that, and that should work~ -
Ya you can, but there are a few glitches with them. Can't pick up stuff off the ground, and a few other things I don't remember at the moment.
