LOL. Arma is one of the better Military Sims on the PC, it's actually a pretty good fucking game. If you don't like it, then whatever, don't play DayZ.

Arma II is a Military Simulation that came out a few years back, to get both of these games, one of which is a full expansion. It costs about 30$. The Mod is free.

When you join a game...look at the bottom left. If it says Battleye is updating, let it. It will take about a minute or two, let it update and initialize THEN hit okay to load the level. -

Yes, maps can be found in Supermarkets mostly, there is a supermarket in the two main cities on the coast. You could of course study a map online such as http://dayzdb.com/map if you want to do something like that.

Some houses can't be opened, you can see a open house when your able to look through the windows. Only some cars are fixable, broken down ones that are exploded, do not have a action with them ^^

Oh, and there is two other spots. Forgot what they were named or where they are but... The first one messes with the controls of the pilot, causing the Helo to go in a spiral type thing, easy to land but if you do it over a forest they're fucked. There is also another where if you hit the Fuselage, there gas tank will empty very quickly. They can only get about 7000 meters on a FULL tank before having to land, and if they are going fast, they are fucked. -

The pilot seat is hard to hit. Would suggest the back rotor, the top rotor, or the engine blocks. If you hit the engine blocks enough the helo will go right down, and unless the pilot is skilled enough to be able to land that thing (Which CAN happen, I've done it before.), then that should be a good multi-kill, but as I said, if the pilot is skilled, he can auto hover and hit the ground softly. -

Ya, it's pretty helpful in the regular Arma, being able to throw smoke and grenades and such. But I barely get a frag in DayZ, and when I do I'm never able to use it really. x3 @Alec, why V? That's your Vault Key. -

It's a bit of Arma and Server lag. Sometimes Arma can run like perfect, and others like nothing. It's not your system, it's mostly just Arma. -
