    ?

I ran the length of the coast with my acquaintance, each of us pausing briefly to scan the horizon. When we stopped at Prigorodky and he surveyed the terrain I thought to myself: what if he is just going to murder me at the first sign of loot? What if he is just waiting until it is convenient to take my canteen? I watched him surveying and I decided: me or him. My Makarov leveled itself. I pick me. I shot him 4 times in the head before I let him drop. Sorry, Survivor, I couldn't risk it. Hope the beach is sunnier next time.

    I really like DayZ, but...

Yeah, I am gonna go ahead and agree with this. I have absolutely no interest in ARMA beyond DayZ. I bought it for DayZ and I will continue to play DayZ until a standalone game is released (spaghetti monster willing). If it stay a mod I will keep buying ARMA until DayZ's developers decide to quit. ARMA is just the game I buy to run DayZ. The way DayZ presents you with constant life or death choices just beats every other game. Even an empty open field is scary if its near the coast.

    Law?! NOT IN MY CHERN

These survivor police wannabes are as bad as the reddit occupiers! Skin them all!
  4. well so far with the new patch and the increase in zombie levels has completely changed my method of banditry, engaging survivors it towns has become much to risky, now I rely on ambushing people as they trek in between towns. Now, I sometimes wish I wasn't a bandit because looting a town on your own has gotten much more difficult these days. I love that aspect of it, more zombies forcing people to work together in towns. That has to be the one real benefit of staying a survivor for as long as possible: you are at least slightly more trustworthy looking than an outright bandit.
