I am in need of a M4A1 CCO SD....since my tent decided to eat mine. Dont have the items you want...but I have NVG's, 2 as50's if you are interested.

Yep, weird shit happens on this server. They happen to know where the vehicles are so its pointless to try to repair or keep one hidden. Ive since moved on to another server...I only come back to check tents in a certain area.

I think your best chance is downed Heli's. But with that said, Ive found as many as50's at crash sites as I have DMR's...and thats 2.

I was on a server with 10 people and we all got teleported to the Thunderdome thing, so not sure low population servers will serve you any better. But anyways, I believe you are gonna have to put up with the hacks for right now....just like it was a few weeks ago. Then they will do bans, rinse...repeat every so often right now. But yes it is frustrating! But I do love the game.

I never said anything about it not being "fair". I said bitching about someone disconnecting is retarded. How are they going to change it? Implement some type of logout timer? If they do this...then are they going to fix duping, hacks/scripts, server hopping? Because if they dont then the ones already with an obvious advantage are going to have an even bigger one. I dont d/c...I die, but its stupid to complain about this when there are alot of other issues to tackle.

You are the type of player Im talking about. Im pretty sure you have exploited the fuck out of this game. And now that you are geared and probably wouldnt be caught alone(even though fully geared) by yourself anywhere. You want to complain about this non-issue, IMO.

Hitting escape, then disconnect(both game mechanics) is an exploit? huh? Most of you complaining about d/c's(I have done 3 times, twice to hackers) are geared to the gills and even if you die all you got to do is run back to your base and re-equip. So stop bitching about it already.

I fixed up a UAZ that had 10 of these in it, and I wasnt sure about them so I dropped them. I couldnt imagine trying to get the Heli going, it took me 2-3hrs of running around just to get the UAZ going....then of course it was found when I logged after work. So it really wasnt worth it for the time that I put into it. The 55 error is really odd, Im starting to believe it is a hack? Because it seems to only happen to me on my home server...and it seems to come up at really inconvenient times.(driving vehicles, looting crashed heli's etc.) Ive also had vehicles disappear on me after being kicked with the same error.

I disagree. Even though Dayz has player killing, it is not just a PvP game.

Yea its been widespread all evening. Ive been getting the #55 error constantly but not on any other server. They have put shock on my avatar, then I get dc'd and when I reconnect Im unconsious....and the vehicle is gone. Just went up to the NW airfield the N barracks was destroyed and I got instakilled and then I could see whoever killing me running away. Kinda fucking annoying losing gear Ive collected for 3or4 days now be lost to a shit hacker. Edit: One more thing, I do believe the guys with a tag of "Sincerity" had something to do with it.

Encountered my first hack yesterday evening. Mass teleport to a hilltop way up north(US 1031). Before that though, I couldnt really tell you what "encountering a hacker" really was before that.

I believe Banditry would work better if it was done in a grp of 2 or 3. I think someone would be more inclined to comply when the odds were stacked against them. If they alt-f4 out, so be it.

Same thing just happened to me on server - US 1031. I was unable to get screen shots because it was so sudden and I honestly didnt want to lose what Ive scavanged the past few dayz so I logged out. Edit: Forgot to add Eastern timezone(US), and it happened at about 9pm est time.
