So I was prone under a tree outside of a northern city, had not fired a shot yet for the sniping session. All of a sudden I get shot with a pistol in the head from behind. I head no footsteps or any movement at all. What walk, prone, crouch abilities while holding shift make no noise at all? When I try it in game I can hear myself doing all of those.

Is there a way for an admin to purposely restart/set the server to hide camps while he is away and then restart the server to have everything come back. I have found it very fishy that during the day my camp full of tents and vehicles are not there while the server admin is not on. I then come back several hours later directly after a fresh server restart and all of my things are there and the admin is magically playing again. Is this something the admin is doing to prevent players from finding his own camp while he is away? I just thought this was a little fishy. Also, when the admin is playing, he will frequently do random restarts to "shake" non regulars off of the server. Please let me know your thoughts here.

What is the best way to get proof of an admin abusing his powers like this?

This has become a daily occurrence, That's why I am wondering if this can be purposefully done. Like I said he frequently does random restarts to shake players off of the server so it stays to minimal players. Thanks for your input

Can a server fully reset wiping all of the saved vehicles and tents on it?? All of my well hidden tents and vehicles in different locations are now gone. Is it possible for admins of a server to wipe everything? Also, this server has been acting really sketchy, the admin literary shuts the server down when he goes to sleep lately, Is this against dayz server rules?

So, this is about the 5th time this has happened to me. So I log out at my camp which is in the north. A few hours later I join another server. As soon as character create is done I see my name was killed. I then spawn on the beach with nothing. I freak out and abort then join another server. I join another server and I have ALL of my stuff back but I am now on the beach at the spawn points 5k-7k M from where I was. WTF. This has happened to me several times and I can't seem to find an answer to this problem. All i did was join a server and I instantly die as soon as my character is created. Noone shot me, I didn't actually die. I logged out in a safe place. I am doing nothing wrong. Please explain someone.

Read carefully, I play on a live server and have all of my shit. I log out of that server and join another live server. as soon as the character is done creating I get the message that i was killed, I die , i then respawn on the beach with nothing, no option for male or female. I have nothing. I freak out,(every time) and don't continue to play that server. I then join another live server, i am on the beach where i just logged out with all of the shit I had before I died.

I am not retarded, Read what I wrote. All were live servers. I know what a hive/sanctuary server is.

A tent Loaded to the gills, which was saved several times throughout 4 hours of play time GONE. WTF

With a loaded car right next to it that is still there now, don't think so
