    The car will appear where it last was saved. So in your case, if you drove from Balota to NW and didn't save it, then the server restarted it would be back in Balota. Or where it was last saved.

    The tents are open, yes. So anyone who happens to stumble upon it has full access to everything inside said tent.

    Since the first few parts of your question have been answered i'll go over them again for the hell of it. 1. If you place an item(Tent/Fence/Trap) on a server, it will stay on that server. It will not carry over/duplicate it's self onto another server. 2. It will remain there permanently until someone takes it down or there is a server wipe. 3. It will still be there even when you're offline. It is now part of that server.

    I don't see how banning someone for using something that was supposed to be removed a while ago is even remotely fair. Bullying or not. In my opinion, as long as it's enabled on your server, he can use it how he sees fit, excluding racism(Rocket no likey).

    Then until it's removed I don't see a problem. If it's bothering you THAT much, man up or find a new server. Side chat was removed for a valid reason, this probably being one of them. Edit: I also suggest having him lock the server to the beta patch it's on so no one with an outdated version can join.

    From what I've seen, the helicopter has 6 lootable spawn LOCATIONS, but I've only seen 3 spawn at a time. By this I mean it has 6 places that loot can spawn, but only 3-4 will have loot at any given time.

    I've always wanted to attach a little flag to the end on my AS-50(Which is a perfect flagpole when on your back). I can imagine someone picking up someone else's IFF Sender and just running over and killing everyone.

    It's not the best gun out there, but if you can use the damn thing efficiently then more power to you. I've used it many times and love it, but it's mostly preference when it comes to using it over other guns. One advantage is it uses DMR mags which are found EVERYWHERE and it's a 1-shot-kill most of the time from my experience using it.

    Drive it somewhere open and pop a tire. Find a nice little bush and sit in it(Hill if you have a sniper). Proceed to mark the location on the map. Enjoy.

    If I were to cheat in sports, I would get a 15 minute time-out/removed from the game. If I were to cheat in DayZ, I would have to buy a new copy of the game ($30). People who use cheats know the risks they take and what happens if they get caught. Also, they WILL get caught at one point or another.

    I've been up there a few times, tried to snipe once. It's a good area if people would ever show up aside from the random person who spawns there. You would probably have a better success rate(Kills/Hour) in Berezino despite the lack of sniping locations if you were going to chill in the East.
