wait on crossbows until Rocket implement arrow holders so we don't have to use 10 item slots to carry 10 fiber arrows that weight less then few grams. as for player - i once had a firefight with a bandit and nailed him with crossbow - he bled and disconnected - not sure of his fate after that ;)

That's what alphas is all about - to define weak and strong points of gameplay and game mechanics. I hope devs have some REALLY GENIUS ideas on how to balance everything. -

actually large groups will be able to take control over cities easier. bandits would go bye bye for sure even if 50 cooperating survivors would act as militia in the cherno and set up snipers, roadblocks and checkpoints. that what dayz should be all about - simulating real life SHTF scenarios where large groups have MUUUUCH more chance of surviving and numbers talk louder then weapons. reason pvp is so shitty right now is ONLY because there is completely no risk of losing life when pking, snipers/bandits just teleport from one to another server pking and cant being caught. I wana see few shitty fully equiped bandits continue pking over 20+ survivors in cherno that only armed with shotguns, with exception that bandits CANT disconnect... show me THAT DAYZ PVP ! usually shitty bandits have only balls to shoot you in the back pick up ur loot and disconnect - thats why pvp is not yet satisfying. ROCKET WE NEED CHANGE :D <3 -
im not an expert on cheats/exploits but battleeye only see differences in memory, dll injections and other buffer overflowing attacks that happen WHILE YOU PLAYING mod. now weapons nothing but items from main database that you receive, rocket can and did many times just global wipe of any item that he wants. if that shit has icon and you dont need to do anything to keep it i dont see why it's not an item from database. perhaps it was in database at some point before the global wipe and not being spawned anymore - a fuking relic :D

[im not sure how shit works, so this is my phantasy talking'] Now once you run application that "hacking" shit for you while playing Dayz mod Battle-eye detects memory injection and bye bye you cant run hacks separately from the game.

You will not be globally banned for carrying hacked items. You will only be banned for doing shit or running 3-rd party scripts or injecting hooks or other malicious shit. That was announced by Rocket long time ago already. There is shit load of things that not on that list - for example radio, does that item radio is hacked ? I remember some weapons that used to be in the mod for example FLIR sniper rifles got removed after some patched and caused massive buthurt from masses, yet for some players some weapons stayed mysteriously. This is alpha - everything is possible - don't explain everything with hacks.

Isn't it time to start slowly increasing size of servers and spawns to support more players on single server ?

All i hear so far is: DEAL WIT IT, its PVP bandits kill carebears hurr durrr gtfo All i see so far is: Thousands exploiters exploiting all day long thinking they surviving lol -
Log in to almost empty server and run to nearest market, firestaion, airfield, helicopter crash location - acquire best weaponry and gear or car, alone or with your fuking clan or maybe with even server admin help personally. Disregard any infected on the way, simply disconnect/reconnect when cornered or knocked out. All zets will despawn once you off the server anyway. Use it in your advantage! Once you got some scope rifle lay on the hill outside cherno or electro with ur elite buddies and start connecting to servers with large player numbers. There is your "pvp" opponent - unarmed guy crossing the street. BOom headshot, few more and its time to hop on next server and get some more pvp going...fuk ye pvp and banditism is so critical to this mod, so important that im doing it overtime now. If someone return fire on you dont you worry, disconnect again to that lovely empty clan server you guys playing on, flank to approximate enemy location or gain elevation and connect back to put a bullet in his back. Fuk ye once again i prevailed over foe. Oh shit my sniper shot caused 2 zombies to run my way... better disconnect and hope to another server.

Blacklisting regions counter-productive and will hurt sales. Writing security modules and check procedures based on known exploits is needed.
