    Horrible Lag on Dayz?

    Hello I downloaded the game about a month ago and I started it up and it had horrible lag. I have tried many things to fix it but so far no luck. I eventually gave up on it and I wanna try to fix it. I will put my specs below. I have a HP TouchSmart300 PC. Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard Company. Processor: AMD Athlon™ II x2 235e Processor 2.70 GHz. Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.75 GB usable). In my (C:) driver I have 304 GB free. In my (D:) driver I have 2.31 GB free. Any help at all will be great.
