I recently reinstalled arma 2 CO but now when I tried entering a game it kicked me saying my ping was too high (600's i think). What is causing this, suggestions?

Since arma 2 oa has been updated i can no longer join servers since i have an earlier version. I've tried several times to download it and put it in the correct folder but its not working. So would it update if i uninstalled and reinstalled?

I've been looking all over the c drive but i forget where it is

I tried reinstalling via steam but nothing happens. Looking on other forums I saw something about manually updating the files but i honestly dont know how to do that, instructions would be helpful

So today i updated the dayz update and that worked fine. But apparently arma 2 updated as well but i didnt download the update for some reason. So now i cant join most servers. I had a friend send the zip file for the newest update which i proceded to download. When the file appeared in my downloads I activated it to download the update. it mentioned that the files for the update needed to be extracted to work so i did that and finally got to the extracted files and downloaded the update, it said after this that the update had been applied, however, when i go to open the game to check the version, its the same old version and im having the same old problems. Can someone help me with this?

The system would work between survivor clans and groups, we would be intemediaries in trading items such as medicine, guns, gear, etc. I have more ideas but i just wanted to get a feel for the idea...

jay is completely right \, ppl seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that this mod/game is still in development but seem to forget that becuz of its immense and sudden popularity for a mod. If u have a problem with game put it in the suggestion thread so the developers can think about fixing your issue with the game.

I completely agree with your idea however there is a problem with location if you wind up putting your camp within a castle or small town it will likely be robbed it should be somewhere tucked away in the woods

I've also decided if this gets off the ground I may trade with bandit groups I'm not discriminating my business. But that doesn't mean I'm stupid I'll have protection and I'm still working out how the trade would work and I think I have an idea.
