Ok, so I've downloaded the RAMdisk program, and I've put my dayz folder in there. But I'm using steam and I really don't know how to launch from my new driver, help please http://imgur.com/t3WNRIC

Ok, So I've fell love in dayz. Not because I've been playing it, but I've been watching streams. The reason why I am not playing it is because it's unplayable. I've done any possible tweak to Arma 2, and I'm playing on 20fps~ outsides of citys, and if I'm in a vehicle driving trough cherno for example, the FPS can even drop down to 10, and when I drive out of the city, it won't go up again. I've tried every graphic settings, nothing really changes my FPS. I remember when I bought the game I would constantly have 60+~ fps outsides of citys and about 30-35~ inside. And I was wondering if this will be fixed in SA? Because I really enjoy this game, but in this state it's unplayable. I've tried a bunch of servers, other better, other worse. But yet I have bad FPS. My CPU/GPU is usually at 30/45 degrees celcius according to a program I've downloaded. And my fans are not louder than any other game that I play.

Alright, so I've always been a fan of survival games such a dayz, and when the steam sale came I just knew it was time to get it. I can't really get a hang of what is happening with my FPS. So if I join a new server my FPS will usually be around 30-60, but after awhile that will drop down to 10-15 which is horrible. I've tried to change my graphics settings but it seems to not affect my FPS at all. 10-15 FPS at very high and 10-15 FPS at very low. Hello there! I'm new on this forum and i've seen some awesome videos on utube about DayZ. Im astonished how great the game looks and I'm thinking about buying Arma II so I can play it due to the sale on steam. And I wonder if my computer handle it? CPU: Amd Athlon2 X4 651 3.0GhZ FM1 GPU: KFa2 GTX 570 and I got 8GB ram 1600mhz. Appreciate fast respons :)
