I just would have appreciated a heads up; especially after the issues they had yesterday which after had sent out an official email apologizing for the unexpected downtime and saying how it would never happen again. So this kinda irritates me. When I was able to get back into the server the Ural me and my friend were driving in (which we had put many many hours into tracking down and fixing so it was drivable) was no where to be seen.

Server GUI showing status unknown. Was in the middle of playing on the server when I and several of my friends lost connection to it.

What kind of time frame did you experience from placing your order to getting the email saying your server was ready to go and you were able to access the controls? I submitted an order through their website for a dayz server about 7 hours ago and the site still shows my invoice as unpaid even though Paypal shows the payment has gone through. I know these things don't happen immediately but saw a post earlier today from someone who also submitted an order to rent from them today and had access in two hours so i'm not sure whats going on.

Hi I'm hosting a server and after purchase noticed the rule "1. Your server does not conform with the DayZ name convention." What is the DayZ name convention which is expected to be conformed too? I look around and havent seen anything on it so far. Thanks

I found an ATV over by Black lake and after getting 2 tires for it, was driving it up to the NE airfield and came acrossed a S1203 Van on the side of the road all green and a half a tank of fuel. I parked the ATV and grabbed the van and found 2 ATVs grouped together later on top of a hill, both needing a set of tires. I drove down to the coast to look for parts and stuff after picking up my friend and ended up finding a freakin VS3 Truck! It needed 4 tires and the fuel tank was red but luckily i had a few tires. However, the night went down hill pretty quick. =/. The VS3 exploded and made me unconscious for about 10 minutes after a random peice of road debris appeared out of no where in front of me causing it to get high centered. The Van was stolen from me later that night by two guys who I was helping get away from zombies (which i will never do again). I rolled the first atv i found by the lake. I did find a tractor later on too with a red engine and fuel tank; but after driving it will about 3000 blood which caused my vision to suck it ended up exploding too because I kept hitting some fences. This all took place within a couple of hours. Normally I don't have that much luck though. I've noticed though I tend to find them whenever I'm not looking for them. Yesturday I was wandering around in the forest and found some bus that needed a tire.

To tell you the truth the times I never can find a vehicle is when i'm looking for one. About 90% of the time I'll come acrossed on one of my journy's to drown some kittens or something.

Not to mention the multiplayer aspect would be decreased significantly handling maybe 16 people per server? at most?

Yeah don't think consoles out there are equipped to handle this fancy of a game.

I think it would be cool too to have Tow ropes/chains to use. That way you and/or your friend with another vehicle can pull back up a vehicle that was rolled/tipped over. Also maybe a Piper Cherokee Prop plane added into the game would be cool too.

I've been looking to rent one too. I've been looking on line but from what i've heard they are not renting any servers out that run the dayz mod at this time. But after reading in the forums looks like thats not the case?
