Good idea! Yeah lets have this implemented ! and lets overlook what is really needed, dont use time preventing hackers/exploiters, please implement this and waste more time on things that is far from essential to a good gameplay. :)

MAC's, subnets - Yes maybe, but IPs, wouldnt you just love to catch on to a dynamic IP used by your neighbour hacker and never be able to play unless you had your router shutoff for +24h.. Its just not that easy. Do like blizzard with accounts, people rarely hack in those games, most often they exploit :) 1. Their mod their responsability, just because its a mod it doesnt mean that you cannot do anything about it, for example plenty of pleople just exploit and dont really hack, how about fixing those for a start? Make those server more durable so scripts doesnt get executed as much. And, Hackers dont just go away, they hack and hack for months on end and if they eventually get bored they publish the hack and get 100+ more idiots to join, and whenever its caught they just make some more. Atleast as it is now with next to nothing for protection.

No worries, if you keep playing this will happen plenty of times until you pull the trigger :P Tried after a fresh spawn to run close to a big city having someone shoot me from behind in my legs with a silencer, I feel and after I bandaged myself after typing in the chat, "Oh dude, come on - Is this really nessercary" I hadnt looted anything since i spawned. I sat up and looked at him while the tard executed me like it was ww2 or something :S

It doesnt really tell much, you could have been exploiting or hacking to get those kills.. 1. turn on hacks 2. get loads of kills 3. close game / turn off hacks 4. ... 5. SS on forum to brag about well something we all could have done :) But if you did this legit, you seriously need to consider the time you spend on killing unarmed fresh spawns. Sniping new spawns gets old after 10 kills and you move on to someone who can actually resist ;)

I do not know if all of this is caused by hacks, but ive experienced while playing losing everything after shooting an obvious hacker, a few minutes later I died and respawned, seconds later my inventory was full with weapons not even available in dayZ but arma2 only :) So I assume that it is hacks, ive never joined a server just to lose all my items instantly before without being dead. True but this is not the first time tho :( This is true, but Alpha testing on a mod is different then alpha testing on a game. These issues should already have been addressed in arma 2. But since they arent and they have been going on for months maybe the devs of dayz should atleast try to correct them.

Evening dayZ players! I have a little story for new players just to warn ya, I know the intentions of the game was to get people to feel different things, sad, angry, remorse etc. BUT! This is one of the most annoying things ive ever experienced, having survived for days me and my pal got both got silenced m4´s AS50´s and a bike. We had everything we needed! And a tent with even more weapons. Everything seemed to be fine and we enjoyed being bandits waiting for hours sniping people on roofs and loot runs. Anyways, we just decided to leave our tent server for a minute just to find some more people to have fun with since the players amount was low currently. We then joined UK11 - Instantly when we joined we had no rifles, quickly checked our inventory everything was gone, rifles, bags, you name it. We aborted and joined another server fast to check if our loot was there, but nope. Nothing! Being really angry with this, we joined our tent server to check and what can you think, the less then 5 minutes we have been gone, the server had restarted and our bike was gone :) I´ve died plenty of times with .50 cals and really nice gear, but in fair fights and it doesnt really affect me at all. But a cheater/hacker removing my items instantly when joining a server is just too much, hackers ruin this game! Enjoy your experience with one of the most hacked games ever! :)

Not nessecarily true, you might add signatures to the files checking for I.E - Time,date of last edit, size, location, UIDs and it should only make the load time longer by maybe a few seconds. Though one can edit the models out of the files but, then again those check prevent most of the things that can be done atleast for people who doesnt make hacks/exploits for a living :)

Just to be fair, you use 3d view to check over the fences without being seen, that is not fair IMO. (Assuming it is you playing in the vid). Just get a freakin AS50 people rarely manage to log out :) One stupid thing about this is when someone logged off enough times from your fire, one might be encourged to do the same.

LulzGamez is unforgiving when making a post, wrongfully accusing when mad. If he is admin or not doesnt matter, it should be fixed! Lulzgamez find something better to do then correcting ppl !

Just played on UK121 with my friends, ingame names: Jacob, Mikkel, Andy - we just enter the game and the server was completely dark, no worries we checked our tents and managed our loot. Suddenly Mikkel spots a person in a ghilie suit with a crossbow, oh well we wasted him quickly and started looting. His name was Gooser. (including the dot) This happend approx 16:50 UTC +1, 22-07-2012 Now 2 minutes later I was looking at my inventory everything disappeared suddenly, while mikkel was shocked by the insane number of bear traps in the area, it was atleast 50+ .. 1 minute after all my inventory was gone I was killed instantly while masked under some trees, my friends lost their loot too and aborted quick, on the new server their legs was broken, both of them. NONE of us hear any shots at all ! Hopefully this issue is addressed quickly! I have to restrain myself to not rage insanely over this, normally I do not mind getting killed after hours and hours of play, but this way is not okay!
