You can create your own private DayZ server with your computer and add things to the map that you need, as well as inviting friends to it.

Then you were missing a file and it needed to download it. If it's still not working re-install DayZ and its content.

Do you play with the steam version? If you do, right click on it in the library, properties, local files and then verify integrity of game cache. This should download any missing files. Fixed the problem for me twice now.

I've heard of this on another server, never seen it though! Good recording. Also good to point out players died when this was happening, so if this happens just disconnect.

We say you are free to sit in the AFK channel, where you won't have to worry about space in the AUS channel area, nor will you be bothered by other peoples voices / interuptions. You can also run third party voice programs like skype and vent when sitting in the AFK channel to talk to each other for reasons like this. -

If you want to pay $30 for a one month alpha preview of DayZ Standalone, go for it.

Update the firmware MANUALLY of your internet router. That can help in these situations.

I remember playing on that server, and I also remember talking with the admin over TS. He did admit he had hacks, however I remember he saying he only uses them for things like when people get teleported into the water/islands. Since while I was playing he also did that a few times to the people who were stuck. So he admitted to having them, but he said he never did anything 'like that'. But if he was the admin on your side, temptation must have gotten to him. -

I also agree, there's an old video of an early mod for ARMA II with zamblies, the noises they make are far better than the DayZ one and it gives it a lot of atmosphere too. The zombies are creepy and it's almost sad to see humans like that. Which is good! DayZ zombies need working on. I'm really excited to play Namalsk, I love snow and from what you've said it's very interesting, thanks! -
