DayZ hogs a lot more resources than the original Arma 2. If you've noticed, the more people on the server; the laggier it is. Updating your CPU will help with this framerate.

I have a super huge crush on Wanatabe Mayu of AKB48. 'Mayuyu' is a recent handle, I usually go by 'HonkAbby'.

Server admins sole purpose in life is not admining, they needs breaks too. Though I understand why you would want to be able to contact them. Servers should have multiple admins that can be on different times so there's always someone there 24/7.

I didn't need Skyrim after I started playing DayZ. This video shows why!

My friend and fellow member of Balota Buddies, dHuynh has self-hosted private servers for us when making movies. You could message him on the forums and ask if he could create one for your machinima. (I think last I spoke to him he said he was having problems with the server today, but nothing he can't fix.)

You can create your own private DayZ server with your computer and add things to the map that you need, as well as inviting friends to it.

Then you were missing a file and it needed to download it. If it's still not working re-install DayZ and its content.

Do you play with the steam version? If you do, right click on it in the library, properties, local files and then verify integrity of game cache. This should download any missing files. Fixed the problem for me twice now.

I've heard of this on another server, never seen it though! Good recording. Also good to point out players died when this was happening, so if this happens just disconnect.

We say you are free to sit in the AFK channel, where you won't have to worry about space in the AUS channel area, nor will you be bothered by other peoples voices / interuptions. You can also run third party voice programs like skype and vent when sitting in the AFK channel to talk to each other for reasons like this.

Update the firmware MANUALLY of your internet router. That can help in these situations.

I remember playing on that server, and I also remember talking with the admin over TS. He did admit he had hacks, however I remember he saying he only uses them for things like when people get teleported into the water/islands. Since while I was playing he also did that a few times to the people who were stuck. So he admitted to having them, but he said he never did anything 'like that'. But if he was the admin on your side, temptation must have gotten to him.
